Vou explicar o passo a passo e possíveis cenários para resolver seu problema: 1. Alterar o número de dispositivos diretamente Acesse sua conta My Kaspersky: Entre no site do Kaspersky (my.kaspersky.com) e faça login. Vá para a seção "Assinaturas" ou "Licenças". Se disponível, deve aparecer uma opção para "Alterar plano" ou "Aumentar o número de dispositivos". Caso essa opção esteja visível, siga as instruções para ajustar sua assinatura. Você pagará a diferença proporcional para os meses restantes da assinatura atual. 2. Não tem opção para alterar dispositivos? Infelizmente, o Kaspersky não permite modificar o número de dispositivos de algumas assinaturas já ativas. Would you like to install them"? ... YES ... Adobe Reader: "Security setting have been successfully updated". • Internet drop-outs issue remained unresolved. As well as my attempt to monitor Wireless Network Connection Status, has been futile... As some sort of mysterious speedy download & upload activity persisted for some time, irrespective of ending my internet activity. As a *test only*, do the issues resolve, IF, in the Kaspersky application, Network Settings, "Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages", is unchecked? Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, & fill in the template as shown, also select (your) Kaspersky application (A); please include a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you. *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat* Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? Hello, we got many reports from different users using Kaspersky antivirus that our website is not working for them. When we tried to replicate it, we found out that it is broken by JavaScript error (value.toString is not a function) thrown by script injected by Kaspersky. It is happening when our web is trying to get data from server using browser fetch API. Sharing screenshot with the error and line in script where the error is thrown. Bom, falando por mim. Já tenho Kaspersky há alguns anos, atualmente ele me mostra uma 'promoção' para que eu aumente os dispositivos da minha assinatura. Isso pode ser somente para clientes antigos ou selecionados. Caso dentro do seu Kaspersky não tenha essa opção que fica na parte do PERFIL. Acho mais válido realizar uma nova compra com a quantidade correta de dispositivos que deseja. No corpo da mensagem eu coloquei a opção que aparece pra mim. Pode não aparecer pra você, como insinuei ali em cima, não sei muito bem como funciona. :)
