  1. Hi, @TangoDown , if there is no a supported by Kaspersky VPN operating system - then installation would not be possible. Hi @Jrard, the ip addresses can change dynamically based on your geolocation, new servers are added, etc, so, unfortunately, the answer is negative, we cannot provide the list of addresses.
  2. Looks like bug 4633457. The workaround provided by kmscom should help. The bug will be fixed in patch "o", which is expected in March 2021.
  3. Hi @FarhadG , to investigate this issue, please send a ticket to technical support via my.kaspersky.com and tell me its incident number. Regards, Igor
  4. Hi @bao123, Hi Flood, Unlimited subscription means that the license will be renewed automatically. Regards, Igor
  5. Добрый день, отправил на перепроверку. Сообщу о результатах. С уважением, Игорь
  6. Hi Flood, can you kindly let us know how you fixed this? Was there an incident raised that you can share with me? Regards, Igor
  7. Will take care of this. Will update the topic when it is fixed. Thanks.
  8. Hi Flood, Strange, that you do not have a detect on this URL. Something is messed up with the settings, probably. We would need traces with KSK restart for further analysis. Hi @hugonnn , Can you kindly check, does your Parental Control block the the above mentioned URL as adult content? Regards, Igor
  11. Hi Flood, I cleaned this topic, as the discussion went off the constructive path. The answer to your question is: the instruction for installation of .xpi from a file refers to the product version 20 and older. With version 21 you can install the addon via https://addons.mozilla.org. If you would like to discuss, please feel free to contact me via pm. Thank you for your cooperation and positive attitude. Regards, Igor
  12. Flood, believe me, there is no intent to accuse you of anything, I am just trying to convey that it saves tons of time, if we go straight to the point, instead of asking “prompting questions”. The addon is available in the addons store at https://addons.mozilla.org, and can be installed directly from the store. No need to first download it and then open it as a local file. Thank you.
  13. 👍 To answer your questions. The instruction for manual installation of addon.xpi applies to v 20 or earlier. and 3. The file you are referring to can be downloaded (and has been downloaded, I guess) via https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/file/3694578/kaspersky_protection_2021-1.3.8.0-an+fx.xpi I bet you have already tested manual installation of this .xpi and know the answer. So then why ask the qustion, that you already know the answer for? ;) If you did not test yet, you are welcome to give it a go. Regards, Igor
  14. I wanted to let you know that the information about the version is included in the article and it clearly states that the guide for the installation from a file addon.xpi is applicable to versions 20 and <. You highlighted the phrase “version 20 or later”. I can make a wild guess, that you are trying to let us know that the translation is not absolutely correct. If my guess is correct, please let us know the better variant, so that we fix the article. Thank you and we appreciate your help. Igor
  15. Flood, you provided screenshots and a link to 12782 article. My post is related to the 12782 article. And what was your initial question? My guess is that you asked why there is an instruction to install from the file, whereas the product version is 21.2. If you look at 12782 article attentively, you will see that the part with installation from the file is not related to version 21.2. Best, Igor
  16. Hey Flood, Are you checking with KSK or Parental Control? In KSK:
  17. Hello, dear Flood, This has been fixed. The article now says: “Use this guide if you are using a Kaspersky application version 20 or later. To find out which version you have installed, see this guide. For a guide for earlier versions, see below.” Regards, Igor
  18. Hi @MikeSamurai and all, There is already a registered suggestion (4561936), I have added this topic to it. Thank you for your feedback. Regards, Igor
  19. Hi @Jrard , The thing is that ip addresses of VPN servers can differ depending on the geo location of the user. Also ip addresses can change dynamically, as some new ip addresses are added, some are removed. The best way would be to find out the ip addresses by using a third party utility, like Berny mentioned. Regards, Igor
  20. Hi all, Please send me the incident number once the incident has been created. Thank you. Regards, Igor
  21. Hi Flood, I got an update from the documentation team, the “idle scan” will be removed in documentation with the release of MR3. Regards, Igor
  22. Hi Martin, Thank you for submitting a ticket, we will continue investigation in the incident. Regards, Igor
  23. Hi @Stef Coulombe , Can you tell me the incident number to technical support? Regards, Igor
