  1. Hey, the patch is rolling out gradually to the public servers, it will be completely rolled out approximately by the end of this week. So no worries, just wait a couple more days and it will be downloaded and installed automatically (you will be prompted for a restart).
  2. Hey, welcome to the forum! Kaspersky Protected Browser is a separate instance of the browser, that is run isolated from the standard (non protected) browser. To resolve the issue you need to install Dashlane extension in Protected Browser. Let us know how it works out.

  5. Hi, try the following variants: Variant 1: Check the status of the service Superfetch (Menu Start -> Services). If it is not in status "running", go to the folder c:\windows\prefetch and delete all the contents. Then enable the service Superfetch (right click -> Start). And run the CCleaner, Driver Easy applications. Variant 2: Run these applications via menu Start. Restart PC, check the issue. If none of the above helps, please submit a ticket to technical support for further investigation and resolution.

  7. Hi Giovanny, Unfortunately, Virtual Keyboard does not support touchscreen. There should be a notification when trying to press any button on the virtual keyboard: secure input is not available on devices with touch screen, it is recommended to use a mouse.

  9. Hey, hard to say regarding the Greek Proofing tools, you could try to remove/disable this tool and see how it goes. The good news is that this issue is resolved in version 2020 of Kaspersky Internet Security, which is expected in Q2-Q3 this year. I apologize that there is no a better solution at the moment.
  10. Hi, enabling hardware virtualization in BIOS should not cause high CPU usage. This situation can be investigated by technical support team. You are welcome to send a request via https://my.kaspersky.com. The hardware virtualization technology adds additional protection to Private Browser (Safe Money) and it is also used by System Watcher component to help detect sophisticated threats.
  11. Hi, sorry to hear about this issue you are experiencing. This could be a known issue: in certain configurations the subject of the email gets corrupted with enabled Anti-Spam component. Please try to pause Anti-Spam, restart Kaspersky Internet Security, restart Outlook 2019, test the issue, will it persist in this case?

  14. Hi, sorry to hear about this experience. This seems to be some singular particular environment incompatibility issue. It is very hard to make any assumptions without a full memory dump and a GSI report. At least a GSI report is needed to search for ideas of why this could have happened.

  20. Hi, Possibly this email is a scam message for hacked email accounts, that does not carry any real threat. We recommend to use a two-factor authentication for email account: a password + another short temporary password via mobile phone text message. To check that nothing undetected is present on this computer, please send a GSI report (https://support.kaspersky.com/3632) to technical support via my.kaspersky.com Send me the incident number via private message.
