  1. Hi @SAJFLADD , In the latest version it works a bit different: you can access the settings, but in order to save the settings change, you have to enter password. The prompt to enter the password appears after you press Save button. Does it not work this way for you?

  5. Hi @anthropo33 , It looks like issue 4559944, which is fixed in new product version (MR3), ETA in February. The workaround (not a very convenient one) would be to uninstall the product without keeping the settings, make sure LIbre Office is updated to the latest version, install Kaspersky product back.
  6. Hi @korentas , What is the version of Kaspersky Security Cloud you are using? Hover the mouse pointer over the product icon in tray to find out. Does the issue occur with any website, or with some particular one?
  7. Basamaca, that’s fine, you do not need to reinstall to check. The issue should have been fixed for uTorrent as well. The fix is included in updates, via new databases you already got it.

Hi @celsurf , if the application is marked as trusted, it means it at no point can invoke a malicious .dll, unless it changes its version, but that would be a different application, that would not get to Trusted group. Anyway, Kaspersky monitors applications with File Anti-Virus, System Watcher, Application Control and an attempt to run a malicious .dll would be intercepted.
  10. Hi @Juicy Guava , In my tests at consents-kdc.abcs.co.nz with locked or unlocked vault - there was no issue saving the login and password. Does this issue occur on other sites or only at consents-kdc.abcs.co.nz?

Исключение можно настроить через Настройки - Защита - Веб Антивирус - Расширенная настройка - Доверенные адреса - кликнуть на “доверенных веб-адресов” - Добавить checkpost.club
  16. Hi Alexandra, Most likely you are dealing with a system corruption due to some third party software bug, as Berny mentioned. Kaspersky prevents malicious activity, but cannot prevent other software from having bugs. Do you remember what was the name of the software that led to the issue? all files & folders had gone & all non-Microsoft software Looks like Windows made some automatic system restore without keeping your files and non MS programs. You may try to use a third party tool to search for deleted folders, the data still can be on the disk.

Hi @Jimkirk363 , While in Safe Money list, click on “show all” (if available) to expand the list, search for any website containing lloydsbank.com that has “Do not run Protected Browser” next to it and delete it. Check the issue. If there is no lloydsbank.com in any of the websites with “Do not run Protected Browser”, please submit a ticket to technical support via my.kaspersky.com and let me know its number, so we will continue further analysis from there.
