You clicked “Update” During the installation there was a pop-up (from Kaspersky or another app?) suggesting to remove AVGWhat is the current status in Kaspersky: More tools → Manage Applications → Software Updater? Can you post a few screenshots?
  5. Hi @ARW , Does it help to set it to “Do not scan encrypted connections” in Settings → Network settings? Restart browser and check. If not, does it help to disable “Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages”? Restart browser to check.

  10. Hi @Kata , Hmm, no repro on my end, I got 9 banners blocked. Which region are you located in? Same issue in other browsers? While in Firefox: Press Ctrl+Shift+A to open the list of addons, click on Kaspersky protection → check the option for the addon to be available in private tabs Press Ctrl+Shift+P in Firefox to open a tab in incognito mode, check youtube.com, will the banners still pass through?

  15. Hi Dennisthemenace, yes, you are totaly right, this exclusion will let any threat with this verdict name pass through, so it should be used with caution. Do you mind sending those files over to virus analysts in order to reanalyze the files, probably some detections are false? You can do it via https://opentip.kaspersky.com (it seems the site is temporary not available at the moment) or send me a pm with a link where I can download the files and submit them for recheck.
  16. Hi @Barabba , what you are describing does not sound like normal situation and should be investigated. You may try to disable protection components, restart browser and check which component is causing the issue. Or does only product exit (or uninstallation) help?

  21. Hi @Kata , When you say “ad blocker” , you refer to Anti-Banner? If yes, can you post a screenshot of the ads that are not blocked by Anti-Banner. Include the full URL in the screenshot so that we can test on our side as well. Thanks
