      Вообще суть вашего комментария тоже не очень понятна, если честно. Если проблема для вас разрешилась, то и замечательно. Но, как вам написали выше, та версия, которую вам предоставила техподдержка, не для постоянного использования. Поэтому с ней теоретически возможны проблемы. Просто чтобы вы имели это в виду. По опыту этого форума и по роду моей работы я знаю, что пользователи очень редко умеют четко сформулировать проблему. Так чтобы она была понятна специалистам. Или хотя бы другим людям. И не всегда просто описания проблемы достаточно. Поэтому техподдержка запрашивает скриншоты и разную диагностическую информацию. премодерация на этом форуме применяется только если в посте есть ссылки на внешние ресурсы. Исключительно в целях защиты от спама )

      Отключаете автопродление и покупаете вручную каждый раз новый код, даже если новая подписка, повторяем действия - отменяем автопродление и так далее. Подписка это удобный способ покупки. Она облегчает продажи,

      Welcome back again! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Do You continue with the same bla bla bla? No, complete paid version works the same as Free facing a detection! Paid version has also additional modules, as Intrusion Prevention and FireWall, that Free does not have... We already have answered many times that! 🤦‍♂️ At that time K. did not have a detection for it, but maybe Your Free stopped the exe coming with that dll... And no, it's impossible to know or to be sure...

      Это не было обсуждением. Я не понимаю сути вашего комментария - в нём не содержится полезной информации по ответу на вопрос или просьбу, ибо нет ни вопроса, ни просьбы. Я же написал - ситуация разрешилась. В нужном месте поставил соответствующую оценку. Что вы ещё от меня хотите? Чтобы я и считал так, как вы считаете нужным? Позвольте и мне считать так, как считаю лично я, я буду вам очень признателен. И использовать то, что считаю нужным использовать в каждый конкретный момент. Если вы изучили тему, и без картинки поняли её суть, то наверняка знаете, что рекомендуемая для ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ версия не работает на моём смартфоне. Мне техподдержка ни одной картинки не предоставила, ограничилась текстовым описанием. Или вы и на это ответите, что они вправе поступать так, как считают нужным? Тогда сразу получите ответ, чтобы два раза не вставать - Как ВЫ к людям, так и люди к вам. И наоборот. Что за снобизм, откуда? А теперь я буду ждать, пройдёт ли этот коммент модерацию, чтобы увидеть вашу сущность как человека.

      Question Kaspersky free and detection

      Is it true or a myth that Kaspersky Free's real-time protection performs differently in detection and activation than the Complete Scan signature database? Even though Kaspersky Free doesn't have the malware signature database? Why did the Microsoft Defender scan detect AppData\Roaming\Secure\QtWebKit4.dll (Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.C!ml) in the Complete Scan, while Kaspersky Free and Malwarebytes Free didn't detect anything in the Complete Scan? Is it possible to find out if the DLL file was created and active when detected by Virus Total Analysis?       How to renew KIS?

      Hello @mox, Thank you for posting back & the additional question! Read: How your subscription works When the subscription is due to *renew*, Kaspersky will *automatically* renew the subscription, as Kaspersky Standard, the new KIS. Also note, Kaspersky's auto-renew subscriptions are at current market price & (in our experience) most often more expensive. IF (you) look at Kaspersky Standard shopping cart it will show the anticipated price of the renewal subscription, Kaspersky Standard purchased at the Kaspersky UK site for example, original 'introductory' price = £17.99 , renewal price = £45.99: It's *easy* to turn auto-renew OFF, IF the option is not in (your) MyKaspersky account, log a case with Kaspersky Customer Service, they will do it for (you).       Only one patch A has been released for version 21.21. Very soon, this month, the new version 21.23 will be released, you can just wait and upgrade to it.
