So, just to confirm, you've changed MHSAEPassportScan from Low restricted, as shown in the KIS Report, to Trusted - correct?
Is MHSAEPassportScan app, something like authentication software for your workplace?
Has KIS been uninstalled, saving License information only & then clean installed, while you've been at your workplace & already past the login of MHSAEPassportScan?
Scan MHSAEPassportScan exe using https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ & post the result here please?

Je trouve ça inouï que les européens aient à attendre plus de six mois pour avoir droit à la dernière version, la seule alternative étant de "bidouiller".
Je venais sur le forum pour voir s'il y avait du nouveau sur une éventuelle version 2022 et du nouveau aussi pour l'incompatibilité avec les logiciels Asus... Je suis servi.
Bon, pour Asus, ça avance un peu. Par contre, pour la version 2022, j'hésite à installer la version canadienne.
Ceux qui ont eu la gentillesse de tester, vous avez rencontré des soucis/incompatibilités ?

I added everything you asked as best as I could, and hopefully it'll help:
1- 18.104.22.1681 (i).
2- Reports show nothing related to the issue.
3- MHSAEPassportScan is the exe's file name of the company's program we use at work.
5- Same thing, I click ok for the first time, nothing happens, I click ok again, KIS crashes.
6- I added every instance of the app in the trusted apps, still nothing changes.
7- KIS crashes and restarts, same thing.
8- My IT has no idea what the problem is.
Which KIS version & patch(x), x = letter, on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About OR, open KIS, select the Support icon > opens the Support page, the information is also available there?
Since installing KIS, has the Notebook been shutdown, using Shutdown, not Restart, then powered ON, login, start KIS, recheck?
Re-install the keyboard driver?
IF the issue persists, contact Support, on the support page, select Chat or Email, fill in Application malfunction, Other template; Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you?
After I installed the antivirus it just FULLY DISABLE my keyboard and any keyboard even USB. I can't use the keyboard other than the virtual one...
I need to re-enable this URGENT, I need my keyboard working on my notebook, I need this working
Don't show me links, because all the links I found are either with an old version of the antivirus, or are on any other subject
once again, after installing the antivirus, my keyboard on my notebook WAS TOTALLY DISABLE, IT IS DEAD, AS IF IT WAS TURNED OFF, NOT EVEN CAPSLOOK WORKS, and before you ask, it worked PERFECTLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS ANTIVIRUS I PAID AND NOW I AM NO KEYBOARD.

MHSAEPassportScan is not a Kaspersky error report, where is it from?
Post a text copy to cloud & post the share link, of the MHSAEPassportScan error report?
*As a test only*, if Do not scan encrypted connections is turned OFF - what happens?
IF the app is added to: Network settings, Encrypted connections scan, Trusted applications, what happens?
In File Anti-Virus, has the app been added as a Trusted app & or Exclusion?
What does (your) IT support @ work say about the issue?

Yes, it's normal, it's as per Kaspersky design, please read comments by @Igor Kurzin
"This file contains temporary data of Kaspersky. Disable Self-Defense in the Kaspersky product, then exit Kaspersky product and delete the file."
💥IF the issue repeats, uninstall the Kaspersky software, saving License information *only*, then do a clean install.
