  1. Bom dia, Trabalho no Suporte na Águas do Imperador e constatei um problema que continua a afetar a versão atual 12.0.0.465, está pelo menos desde a anterior. Se você pausar a proteção por alguma razão sem marcar a opção de pausar até a reinicialização ou temporária, reiniciar, desligar a máquina após reiniciar o sistema ao clicar com o botão direito no ícone da aplicação com o botão direito, mesmo com a proteção pausada o menu não aparece a opção Reiniciar a proteção e sim Pausar a proteção... E ele solicita que você insira usuário e senha para pausar a proteção, e só então ele apresenta novamente Resumir a proteção. Isso afeta diretamente a empresa, pois nos relatórios constará que máquinas estão com algum problema no Kaspersky, quando na verdade o Kaspersky simplesmente foi pausado e necessita que seja efetuado o passo acima para que a proteção volte a ativa. A máquina acima foi um caso real onde a proteção tinha sido pausado dias antes quando foi colocada no parque pois foi necessário uso de HD Externo para instalar correções de updates do Excel/Outlook. Então, a Segurança da Informação informou que a máquina estava com a proteção com problemas e teria que ser reinstalada. O problema relatado foi resolvido somente com o procedimento de pausar novamente a proteção e reiniciando a mesma. Sistema Operacional das estações de trabalho: Windows 11 22H2 e Windows 10 22H2 (atualizado via KACE/Windows Update) Versão do Kaspersky: Kasperksy Endpoint Security 12.0.0.465

  4. Здравствуйте, друзья. Купил лицензию, попытался установить антивирус на один компьютер и упёрся в стену. Ранее на этом компьютере под управлением win10 был установлен norton internet security. Штатными средствами Windows он был удалён. При попытке установить KAV установщик заметил, что на компьютере установлен norton (хотя он уже не установлен) и предложил его удалить. Я согласился. Он что-то сделал. Потом предложил перезагрузку. Я согласился. После перезагрузки установщик ещё раз нашёл norton и предложил его удалить. Я был удивлён и немного заинтригован финалом! Но финала нет. Все также на компьютере установлен norton (по мнению установщика KAV). Есть мнение, что мне может помочь? Заранее спасибо.

После этого на почту должна была прийти смска с кодом лицензии. Но, когда я ввожу код для получения на сайте, мне пишет что Код, который вы пытаетесь зарегистрировать, не получен от канала продаж K Dystrybucja sp.z o.o. - Попросите объяснения у вашего дилера.   11. I have this problem recently. Not everyday, but once on week or so... I use laptop Lenovo Legion 5, and all the fans blows at max speed with huge noise. When that happens, I also lose my Internet. The only solution I find is hard reset, with soft restart, the problem appears again after the restart. What can it be, and how to fix it?
