  14. Hi, does it help to disable ssl scan via Settings -> Additional -> Network -> select "Do not scan encrypted connections"? Restart browser, check and let us know. Thank you.
  15. Hi @Jazzy, Regarding the black screen after first login. It looks like a known issue, fix is expected. Try this workaround: 1. Press ALT+CTL+DEL combination. 2. Open Task Manager - File - Run new task. 3. Type Explorer.exe and click OK. Regards, Igor

Hi Wassim, Please send a ticket to technical support via my.kaspersky.com and include traces with reproduction: - enable traces (see the instruction here: https://support.kaspersky.com/fr/15046) - restart Kaspersky Total Security (Exit and start it again) - open Kaspersky product window, go to More Tools -> Manage applications -> Software Updater -> click "Start search". - wait will the search completes. - start update of Adobe Reader (if possible) - stop traces Regards, Igor

Please do this: Open Kaspersky product → More tools → Reports On the right click on Detailed Reports In the drop down menu select Scan Scroll down and select the Full Scan, so that on the right it shows: Objetos na nuvem ignorados 2 Below this click Detalhes and make a screenshot.

  23. Hey @Asimwolverine, if you now close Edge completely and then open it again without touching Kaspersky, the issue can return. It is better to use the cache clearing via shift+F5 or clean the cache completely in Edge. Rgrds, Igor
