  8. Hi @52daffodill, Once enabled (as per Friend response) the rootkit scan runs automatically once a day and after a PC restart. Also it runs as a part of Full Scan/Quick Scan, so if you have executed a Full Scan, there is no need to run rootkit scan additionally. Regards, Igor

  10. Hi @celsurf, Yes, Network Monitor shows activity of all apps. UDP is monitored as well. Please also take into account that protection is complex, and APTs would also be controlled by Application Control, System Watcher, File Anti-Virus, Web Anti-Virus and Firewall. Regards, Igor
  11. Flood, how did you find out, I do not see a response from RoySA?:) Incognito mode too? Has script injection been disabled on your PC? If so, please enable back and check. Also enable Kaspersky Protection and check.
  12. Hi @RoySA, We have been investigating this issue (#4301669), but never were able to reproduce in our environment. Please try to clear the browser history and cache, will it help? Try to open browser in incognito mode, will the issue still occur? Regards, Igor
  13. Hi farcki, The system can do it to save battery. Please try to add KISA to exclusions in battery optimization settings (or in application settings, cannot say exactly, I do not have Android at hands). Also allow work in background and autostart for KISA. Regards, Igor

  18. Update: a fix of this issue is expected in patch “m”. Patch “m” is scheduled to roll out from 18th of September till October 6th.

Hi, @Vym90, Please check this: - click Windows Start -> click the cogwheel to get to Settings - click System (Display, sound, notifications, power) - on the left pane click Notifications&actions - check that "Get notifications from apps and other senders" is On - scroll down to Kaspersky product, make sure it is "On: Banners, Sounds".
