  1. Hi @ryanbylee , Can you clarify the scenario a bit more: which site did give you the “I understand the risk and wish to continue” button? I checked both links you have provided, they are blocked by Web AV. Which Kaspersky product name and version do you have? (Hover the mouse pointer over the Kaspersky icon in Windows tray to find out)
  2. Hi @MarioH , $recycle.bin is a standard Windows system folder. What makes you think it is a virus? As for _syncapp, please check this out: https://allwaysync.com/support/faq What is the "_SYNCAPP" folder that has appeared on my drives?This folder contains the synchronization database that is required for proper algorithm function without user assistance.

  9. Hi @Stefanov , Hi @Dr. Awesome , Safe Kids checks and blocks the traffic only in the supported browsers. You need to block the applications that can be used as browsers, such as Discord.

  11. You are most welcome! Encrypted files are not detected by Kaspersky, as they do not contain any malware (well, even if they would contain malware, Kaspersky would not be able to find out, as the file is encrypted and the contents is not available for scan). The purpose of the installation of Kaspersky is to find the encryptor program and block/delete it. Sometimes criminals use Remote Access to run the encryptor, we recommend to disable Remote Access on your PC. Here is how to do it on Windows 10: Disable Remote Desktop: - type “remote settings” into the Cortana search box. - open Remote Desktop properties. - disable "Enable Remote Desktop". You've now disabled remote access to your computer. Also change passwords for Windows user accounts, reset Wi-Fi router and a set strong password.   12. Hi @Yuvi178 , If I correctly understand you do not use any Kaspersky product? We recommend to install Kaspersky (you can use a free version) in order to check the PC for malware and to prevent further infection. As for .wrui, please submit a ticket to technical support via my.kaspersky.com and attach a sample for analysis.

  14. Hi @Rokoz , is it normal that the extesion is still on the browser? You can delete those extentions manually in Brave. Can you give it a try? If it does not work for some reason, you can reset Brave browser or delete current user profile and create a new one.

  19. Hi @Cyborg , I reproduced this on my side, we will look deeper into this issue. The workaround would be to enable notification on screen for "Object deleted" and "Object disinfected". I will update the topic when there is news.
