  1. Like the title says. Can I unblock a specific video, but leave Youtube as a whole blacklisted?
  2. I checked and Chrome is signed into my account (the parent) So I guess I should sign out? After that, can I open specific youtube links and have the rest blocked?
  3. Android 10 QP1A.190711.020 Kaspersky Safe Kids 1.64.0.4 Google Chrome 87.0.4280.101
  4. My child sent a request to open a certain youtube clip, and I approved it. Now it seems that youtube is a permitted domain altogether, with the exception of certain clips. I then added youtube to the list of blocked sites, but it doesn’t have much effect -- youtube is still open. How to block youtube again? Or maybe it was open all the time, and I didn’t know? The child is age 0-6.
  5. Thanks, but can you be a little more specific about where to find that option in MyKaspersky/MyKids? I don’t find it there, and the support article, which I already read a few times, does not offer much help.
  6. How do I set up a safe kids schedule for a Windows PC?
  7. I could give you all the exact build numbers and everything, but this issue goes back many years... I probably posted about it on the old forum, which is closed for searches.
  8. When I use the "email" command in MS Word to send an open document as an email attachment, via MS Outlook, the message gets sent, but the body of the email message is blank, i.e., the text is removed from it. This can be remedied by disabling the Kaspersky plugin in Outlook. Is there a better way to fix it? Windows 10 x64 1903 KIS 20 MS Office 365
  9. Hi, currently you can only block categories of sites via My Kaspersky > Kids > Internet > Settings > Restrictions for websites categories and below there is an option to add exclusions (to block or allow websites regardless of the their category). The possibility to block all sites regardless of categories will be implemented in the future. Thanks. An easy way to implement this is to simply add another category called "Other"
  10. Can I set up Safe Kids to block all websites by default, and only allow according to a manually defined whitelist?
