  1. Hola y bienvenidos al foro ¿Le ayuda a pausar o cerrar el producto Kaspersky? ¿Puede publicar una captura de pantalla del error?
  2. Hi @AncestralAngel , What is the version of the product you are using? Hover the mouse over the Kaspersky icon Windows task bar to find out. “OBJECT has NOT been processed” in this case can be that the treatment of the object has been postponed till the PC restart. Please restart your PC and check the presence of 1a71a87e.msi in folder C:\Windows\Installer.
  3. @givemeatip @BigHotStud , Can you tell what was the link you used to install the product? We would like to check.
  4. Hi @JNs179 Immediately. Sometimes the product can show “not processed” when it is not possible to cure the threat. The good news is that the link was blocked, you are safe.
  5. @gudail.ifru Hi, You can always install a free trial version to see how Kaspersky runs on your system. Here is why Defender is not enough: https://www.pcmag.com/opinions/is-windows-defender-good-enough-to-protect-your-pc-by-itself
  6. Hi @KoelMeester, It will not, regretfully. If you are a licensed customer, you can send a couple of files to support to check if decription is possible.
  7. Hi Flood, thanks for the screenshots. 👍 @Oleg2 do the screenshots by Flood work for you? You can also check browser extentions, if some of them are not known to you (were not installed by you) - disable them and see if it helps to fix the blocked downloads issue. Browser reset is also a good option to try.
  8. HI @BigHotStud, I am checking avp.exe for Kaspersky Security Cloud Free, avp.exe has 3 digital signatures, all three are okay. It might be you are using an older version, where the third certificate has some discrepancy. But it is normal, nothing to worry about.
  9. Hi @drespinozag , great news, thanks for posting back with this information
  10. Buen día, @Omar.3ni , Por favor, envíe un ticket al soporte técnico a través de my.kaspersky.com para obtener ayuda con este problema. Gracias
  11. Hi @Oleg2 , Can you please check the version of the product you are using? Hover the mouse over the Kaspersky icon in Windows taskbar to view the version.
  12. Hi @alb86 , @fluffy , This is a known issue, it will be fixed in a future version of the product. The workaround is to disable Secure Input via Settings → Additional → uncheck ‘Enable Secure Keyboard Input’.
  13. Hi @Oleg2 , Can you please clarify the scenario a bit more, you open some site and then downloads are denied repeatedly? Could be the site you visit attemps to open something malicious over and over again. You can check the report via More Tools → Reports → Web Anti-Virus. Here you can find the exact URLs that were blocked. You can disable the unwanted multiple notifications via Settings → Interface → Notification settings → Web Anti-Virus.
  14. Hi @Pratham Jaiswal , Judging from the file details at Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal: first seen in October 2019, the number of hits ~1.000.000, it confirms the theory of a false alarm on the side of those two vendors at VirusTotal. If you are still in doubt and would like Kaspersky to double-check, you can press the button “Submit to reanalyze”:
  15. Добрый день, Соответствующее пожелание заведено, ждем реализации.
  16. Hi @Blackpink , The fix should have been released via database update (not via patch). Does the issue persist on your side?
  17. Hi @drespinozag , I just installed SPIERS on a virtual machine, ran SPIERSedit64.exe and there was no detect. It could have been a false positive, that is already fixed. Can you restore SPIERSedit64.exe from Quarantine (More Tools → Security → Quarantine) and check if the issue persists?
  18. Hi @jenniferoynot , What is the version of Kaspersky product you are using? You can find out by hovering your mouse pointer over the Kaspersky icon in Windows task bar. Can you provide an example of the website where you need to allow banners?
  19. Hi @Brown pirate , PowerShell is a command line shell that allows you to execute various commands. By disabling PowerShell.exe you will not be able to run Windows PowerShell, that’s it. Microsoft Store does not need this app to install updates.
  21. Hi @JoaoSantosG , thank you for the incident number, we are on it. Will keep you updated.
  22. Hey Flood, Thanks for the #, VirusLab analysts have been nice to provide more details: Here is the malicious code: <script type="text/javascript">var _0x1f92= … (s);</script> If you are a webmaster, please remove the above code from the page. Also we strongly recommend that you change passwords to all services that can be used to modify website contents because they may have been stolen.
  23. Hi Flood family, how is it going? Can you share the INC number with me, thanks.
