  1. Thank you for your feedback regarding the survey.
  2. Hi @jahcpa , If you select the ‘not processed’ event, what will be the ‘Reason’ in the opened window below? As for ‘Task started’ - ‘Task stopped’ - did you do a system restart at that time? Regards, Igor
  3. Hi @Xhauni , Do you have any third party Anti-Virus solutions that might be interfering with Kaspersky? Configure PC to start in Clean Boot Mode to disable non Microsoft applications (leave Kaspersky enabled): https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd Will the issue persist in this mode?
  4. Hi @t4chan , Do you still have this issue? Are there any error messages? Can you make a screenshot and post here? Does it help to disable ‘Connect Microsoft Outlook extention’ in Settings → Protection → Mail Anti-Virus? Restart Outlook and check.
  5. Does it make any difference, if you try other VPN regions/servers? Yes, Telegram traffic goes via Kaspersky VPN.
  6. The workaround is to search via https://my.kaspersky.com/MyPasswords#/search. If there is news on the fix being released earlier - I will post an update.
  7. Hi Timur, Give it a go (pass the survey), will it disappear?
  8. Hi @mantra , We reproduced this issue locally, contacted Microsoft, and they informed the issue is on their side. Nothing to worry about. Please ignore these messages.
  9. Hi @BigHotStud , Do I still have protection against RATs then? Of course. You still have your Windows firewall enabled, right? How to turn firewall on or off
  10. Hi Timur, Checking the whole Outlook database would be an overkill, the emails are checked when accessed by the user. How big is the difference in CPU consumption with enabled add-in and with disabled add-in?
  11. Hi Nick, This is not exactly a solution, this is only a troubleshooting step. We definitely would not want to keep the option "Do not scan encrypted connections" enabled, as it can lower the protection level. If disabling the scan of encrypted connections helps, we will think of some more narrow exclusion.
  12. Hola, @alvarezxon , ¿Puedes decirme el nombre de la amenaza detectada?
  13. Hi @Timur Born , The connected add-in checks already downloaded emails in the local Outlook database (ost/pst). Whereas the Mail Anti-Virus checks the emails when getting/sending emails (by scanning traffic).
  14. Hi @sclee12 , Is the issue still actual? Please restart Safe Kids (exit and start again), restart browser, try opening https://www.getepic.com/, how will it go? If the issue persists, do you mind getting in touch with support via ‘Contact support’ at this form: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/
  15. Hi Nick, Does it help to disable the scan of encrypted connections via Settings -> Network Settings -> set it to "Do not scan encrypted connections"? Restart battle.net program and check.
  16. Hi Marco, Kaspersky applications for home and small office now support Windows 11: Link The issue will be fixed with patch ‘h’, which is scheduled for gradual roll-out starting from 31st of January till 14th of February.
  17. Hi all, The issue will be fixed by the end of the month (October 2021). In fact, it is only a cosmetic issue, as the option ‘Check for updates’ is checking for major updates (the next major update is expected next summer) and even major updates are usually installed automatically.
  18. Hi @new11 , There is a suggestion to implement this feature, regretfully, there is no ETA yet.
  19. Reproduced on my end (5226889), we are on it. Please hang on, will post an update when there is news.
  20. Hi all, We expect a fix of this issue in patch ‘T’. The patch will be available to all users up to and including December 6, 2021. Sorry for the inconveniences.
  21. Hi @MWH , Thank you for the suggestion. We have a corresponding requirement (5150816), there are no definitive ETAs as the moment.
