  1. Thank you for clarification. Regretfully, when you work in a browser (e.g. Firefox), the Protected Browser can only be opened in the same browser (Firefox). To open Chromium-based Microsoft Edge as Protected Browser you need to either work initially in Chromium-based Microsoft Edge or click the site on the list of Safe Money. The option in Safe Money: applies only to the sites in Safe Money window:
  2. Hi @tterb76 , Do I correctly understand the scenario: you are using Firefox for surfing, but if you need to open a site in Protected Browser, you want to go from Firefox to MS Edge Chromium automatically? What happens if you select "Chromium-based Microsoft Edge" in Safe Money settings and then click on a site in Safe Money list of web sites?
  3. Hi @de_guta , Upload the file at https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ for analysis, then you can click ‘Submit to reanalyze’ if you suspect a false detection: More details here: https://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/answers/1870

  6. Hi @marique3596 , Do you use any of the Kaspersky products: Anti-Virus, Internet Security, Total Security or Security Cloud? The limitation of KVRT is that it is an on-demand scanner, it does not provide protection in real time against infections. Also we recommend to install the relevant security updates and change passwords.
  7. Hi Cifed, Can you tell a bit more about the symptoms?

  12. Hi @jahcpa , If you select the ‘not processed’ event, what will be the ‘Reason’ in the opened window below? As for ‘Task started’ - ‘Task stopped’ - did you do a system restart at that time? Regards, Igor
  13. Hi @Xhauni , Do you have any third party Anti-Virus solutions that might be interfering with Kaspersky? Configure PC to start in Clean Boot Mode to disable non Microsoft applications (leave Kaspersky enabled): https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd Will the issue persist in this mode?
  14. Hi @t4chan , Do you still have this issue? Are there any error messages? Can you make a screenshot and post here? Does it help to disable ‘Connect Microsoft Outlook extention’ in Settings → Protection → Mail Anti-Virus? Restart Outlook and check.
  15. Does it make any difference, if you try other VPN regions/servers? Yes, Telegram traffic goes via Kaspersky VPN.
  16. The workaround is to search via https://my.kaspersky.com/MyPasswords#/search. If there is news on the fix being released earlier - I will post an update.
