Before reinstalling the MAC OS & Kaspersky software, were any backups run? IF "no", the information has probably been obliterated🤔
You may wish to check with Kaspersky Support; select either Chat or Email & fill in the Malware, Other template; Support may require Traces, Logs & other data, they will guide you.
When the Support team provide a solution, please share it with the Community?
Yesterday, I was installed a specific software on my Mac. Kasper detected some malicious files into that downloading process. I have no time to make a dump and I was forced to reinstall my OS and the Kasper Anti Virus.
My question how can I get an information about that malicious files?
