The 'failure to acquire n/w config etc" is *not* a Kaspersky error - go to Kaspersky *Reports*, look for *any* instance of Kaspersky *blocking* Arknights: Endfield and OR Duet Night Abyss & post back the full-detailed report -> we need to see what you see. Which firewall is being checked - Kaspersky OR Windows, in the Kaspersky application, Intrusion prevention, what's the status of Arknights: Endfield and OR Duet Night Abyss? Are you attempting to play Arknights: Endfield and OR Duet Night Abyss via browser or installed app, IF browser, has another browser been used? Post back the Kaspersky Premium version, on Windows Taskbar, *Hidden-icons*, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About? Post back the full OS version & build, in Windows Search, type WINVER, open the WINVER app, post back what's shown in the WINVER app? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

      i dont know why you are blocking any new game, when i checked firewall the game are not there, fix your shitty firewall because i want to play arknight endfield and duet night abyss without disable kaspersky, i have kaspersky premium

Какая версия приложения (в цифрах)? 2. Какая операционная система? 3. Какой виртуальный сервер используете? 4. Интернет пропадает только в браузере или в месенджерах и других приложениях также?

      Can't see anything on Kaspersky icon

      Hello @Magpie, welcome. It is entirely possible that the Kaspersky GUI was damaged during the Windows upgrade. To determine or rule this out, I would first uninstall Kaspersky using the corresponding Windows function. After restarting the computer, reinstalling the software may fix the error.
