IF you had Windows 10, you could install Kaspersky VPN 220.127.116.113 & configure the Split tunneling feature to exclude the apps that are not working🤔
You may wish to log a request with Kaspersky Support, on the support page select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; include the screen images, & the KTS Report if it shows the issue and a detailed history; Support may need logs, traces & other data, they will guide you.
If you do log the issue with Support, please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
In our tests, in notepad, we can build the app exe file, change to .xml & *import*, at least that will import all the apps you wish to apply the exclusions too.
From there, if what support are saying is correct, you're going thru the dreary process of applying the exclusions manually😩

We agree with everything you've written, the topic has been & will (ioo), continue to be raised in the Kaspersky Community because the issues have not been addressed by Kaspersky.
Kaspersky does not *reward* Kaspersky customer loyalty, sad but true.
On the Kaspersky purchase page, Auto-Renewal, can be turned OFF, it's not *obvious*; select Details, in the popup, select No & Save - see image
IF the Auto-Renewal Plan management is not available in: https://shop.kaspersky.co.uk/enduser-portal/, it may be because Kaspersky support *previously* made changes, but not all the changes you specified🤔
Renewal subscriptions are subject to: "Your subscription starts the day of purchase ."
IF the software is not *installed* on the day of purchase, the days used countdown starts irrespective.
Regarding the cost of renewal, compared to new, Kaspersky cover this with a little Subscription disclaimer: "Subscription Summary: Renewal prices are subject to change. Additional online offers & discounts may be available to new license purchases or customers that manually renew their licenses at the time of your renewal which are not applicable to your subscription."
(ioe), we've never been offered an online offer or discount that's even marginally comparative to the discounted *new* price - bah humbug Kaspersky🤑
Support may take 24 to 48 hours to reply, if the issue is complex, the response time may be longer.

Ask Honor Support to clarify if Qhihoo is shipped with the phone or not; it may be a part of BitDefender🤔; if it's part of Bitdefender, ask Bitdefender support or the Bitdefender Community.
IF Qhihoo uses real-time protection, it *may* conflict with Kaspersky.

We always recommend installing the Kaspersky PREMIUM TRIAL version & fully testing, that way you can make an *informed* choice -> make sure you find out about Qhihoo before installing Kaspersky &, uninstall Bitdefender, before installing Kaspersky Premium Trial. The KAV, Threats and Exclusions, Trusted applications -> Import/Export feature applies to Kaspersky software, it is not interchangeable with another AV, that is not Kaspersky.
This has been confirmed by Kaspersky support.
The Import/Export file is .xml format. In our 3rd image we've shown the Exported file in notepad.
