  1. Hi Nexon, Speaking of .Net, yes, during the Kaspersky installation you can download and install .Net. In this situation we are dealing with consequences of an update from Microsoft, this issue.
  2. Hi @karlo, Please try to disable protection components one by one and check the issue. Which protection component is causing this? Does it help to configure an exclusion via Settings -> Threats and Exclusions -> Manage exclusions -> Add ?
  3. It seems like the url was not reachable at some point (=would not open at all).
  4. Добрый день, проблему исправили, решение вышло с обновлениями баз.
  5. Hi @Aliencho, Are there any particular steps that lead to this situation? What operating system are you on? Which version of Kaspersky do you use? Try cleaning cache in browsers, will it help? Try clean boot (here is how for Windows 10), will it bring improvement?
  6. Добрый день, @BaDuM, Какая у вас операционная система? Переустановка помогает?
  7. Hi @devesh2, Are you on Windows 11? If yes, please try this: - Click Start - Type 'Turn' and choose 'Turn Windows features on or off' in the search results - Select checkbox for .NET Framework 3.5 - Click OK, and follow the steps to download and complete installation. Will the issue persist after these steps?
  8. Hi @serbest, What is the size of g_objdt.dat in your system? The file is recreated and its size of 1-2Gb is normal. It is a temporary file for Kaspersky, like swap file in Windows (a swap file, also called a page file, is an area on the hard drive used for temporary storage of information.).
  9. Добрый день, @15YYMV, @Artemik Судя по описанию данное обновление может вызывать проблемы с .Net Framework. В статье Microsoft рекомендуют 1. Включить .NET Framework 3.5 (по инструкции от AlexeyK выше) или 2. Выполнить следующие команды в командной строке в режиме администратора: dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /all dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:WCF-HTTP-Activation dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:WCF-NonHTTP-Activation Попробуйте, пожалуйста, поможет ли это?

  11. @EriSMiller, You are most welcome! Strange indeed, as there is no reproduction on our test stand. Looks like a "cat walked over the keyboard" issue. The update should not have affected this setting.
  12. Dear @Ada, Offline installation is possible (to obtain the installation package you need to get in touch with technical support via https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/ but activation of the product requires Internet connection. https://support.kaspersky.com/KSOS/8.6/en-US/43545.htm
  13. Hi @susu, Is there a label [!! SPAM] added in the emails subject? You can set a different custom label to trace spam detections by Kaspersky: Replace [!! SPAM] with anything else to your taste. Does the detection issue persist if you disable Kaspersky Anti-Spam component? If yes, it is Xfinity then. If not: Try adding the senders to the allowed sender list, will it help?

  15. Hi @EriSMiller, It seems the option below is enabled in the settings (it is disabled by default): It is located in Settings -> Interface -> Notification settings -> under 'Informational'. These events 'The operation with application resources is blocked by Self-Defense' are absolutely normal, some programs upon start are checking the system memory occupied by Kaspersky product. It is easier to catch the idea via this analogy: someone wants to go through the door, the door is half open, half occupied by Kaspersky. Someone knocks on the part of the door occupied with Kaspersky, gets a 'no, you cannot go here' from Kaspersky and goes via the other open half of the door. So the process starts without issues, Kaspersky gives a notification. To escape these notifications simply disable 'The operation with application resources is blocked by Self-Defense'.
  16. Buenos @RiCastellanos, Las direcciones se renuevan agregando nuevas direcciones y eliminando las antiguas. No sucede a menudo. No hay un horario definido.
  17. Hi @QuantumDot, You are most welcome! There is a known issue, which is fixed in the next product version (MR5). You can repeat the same steps if the problem occurs again.

  22. Hi @dongman, Try this workaround, will it help? Disable Self-Defense via Settings -> General Exit Kaspersky product, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select Exit. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\ and rename the folder Report to Report1 ||| IF 21.5 is installed the path will be C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.5\ Start Kaspersky Internet Security. Enable Self-Defense.
