Hi @Wim, before proceeding with reisntallation as per advice from Berny, try this: 1. Disable Self-Defense via Settings -> General 2. Exit Kaspersky product 3. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ and delete all the contents (files and folders) 4. Run Kaspersky product 5. Enable Self-Defense 6. Check the issue. -
@Invision Для решения проблемы c Акронисом и падением продукта, пожалуйста, выполните следующие действия: 1. Перейдите в настройки программы, выберите раздел Общие и уберите галочку с пункта Самозащита. 2. Выгрузите продукт. 3. Откройте путь C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report и удалите все содержимое данной папки. 4. Запустите продукт. 5. Включите Самозащиту.

Если да, то возобносите защиту и, отключая компоненты защиты последовательно, попробуйте определить какой компонент защиты вызывает проблему. Если приостановка не помогает, помогает ли выход из продукта? -

Usually in such situations it helps clearing cache and disabling unknown browser extensions or (a more serious step) a browser reset. -

Hi @xma92, Is torrenting allowed in your region/country? Please note, Kaspersky VPN respects the laws of the country you live in. You can download and upload torrents with Kaspersky VPN while connected to a server in a country where torrenting is not forbidden by law. -

As a temporary solution the blocking rules will be disabled, a fix will be released on Monday 15.08.22 with bases. We will post an additional notification on Monday 15.08.22. To apply the fix, you will need to update databases and restart PC. We are researching another way to block the vulnerabilities without impacting Asus applications. The safety of Kaspersky users is still provided by the Kaspersky multi-layer protection. All types of threats, including viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, rootkits and spyware are detected, isolated and deleted in real-time.

В качестве временного решения, будут отключены правила приводящие к блокировке. Исправление будет выпущено в понедельник 15.08.22. По факту выхода исправления будет дополнительное уведомление на форуме. Проводится исследование иного способа блокировки без нарушения работы программного обеспечения Asus. Безопасность пользователей по-прежнему обеспечивается многоуровневой защитой Kaspersky. Обнаруживаются, изолируются и удаляются все типы вредоносных программ, включая вирусы, черви, трояны, шифровальщики, руткиты и шпионское ПО. Защита от известных, неизвестных и новых угроз осуществляется в режиме реального времени. -

Will the issue persist with the latest version of Asus Ai Suite? If yes, please collect a new set of traces and send to technical support via the indicent to support: Here is how to collect traces: https://support.kaspersky.com/15535 - enable traces - restart PC - reproduce the issue with AI Suite - stop traces - upload the logs to some cloud - log a case support as per the instruction from Flood above and include the link to the logs - send the link to download the logs to the incident for us to further analyze - let us know the incident number by posting it here

Если да, то соберите, пожалуйста, трассировки по инструкции https://support.kaspersky.ru/15535#block1 1. Включить запись трассировок 2. Перезагрузить компьютер 3. Воспроизвести проблему 4. Остановить запись трассировок 5. Hi @Dingo, checking the incident... can you upload the traces to some cloud server and share the link with us in the incident? @satsok, @SvetMM, @Cavey, @EarlyBird, we are sorry to hear about this issue. Despite all attempts we yet do not have in-house reproduction of the issue. To analyze the problem as quickly as possible we would need traces with reproduction. Can you kindly help with getting the necessary diagnostic data? This email was sent following a misconfiguration in the company's internal IT environment.
