  8. Добрый день, @NikVoiP попробуйте, пожалуйста, сделать следующее: 1. Перейдите в настройки программы, выберите раздел Общие и уберите галочку с пункта Самозащита. 2. Выгрузите продукт. 3. Откройте путь C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report и удалите все содержимое данной папки. 4. Запустите продукт и включите самозащиту. Заработает ли Яндекс.Диск после этих действий?

Vá para a pasta C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ e exclua todo o conteúdo (arquivos e pastas) 4. Execute o produto Kaspersky 5. Ative a Autodefesa 6. Verifique o problema.

Abra la carpeta C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ y elimine todo el contenido (archivos y carpetas) 4. Ejecute el producto Kaspersky 5. Habilite la autodefensa 6. Compruebe el problema.
  11. hi @BigHotStud, It does not look like you need to reinstall Windows. To feel safe, you can check for presence of anything looking strange: 1. Scheduled tasks. To open Scheduled Tasks, click Start, click All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Scheduled Tasks. 2. C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\ 3. Press Ctrl-Shift-Esc, and the “Task Manager” will open. Click on “More Details” in the bottom-left corner of the window. Switch to “Startup” menu. Now, you will be able to view every program that starts up when you launch Windows 10.
  12. Hi @normal.guy, You can review the ports which are scanned via Settings -> Network settings -> 'Monitor selected ports only'. You can enable 'Monitor all network ports', more information here.

  14. Hi Nexon, Speaking of .Net, yes, during the Kaspersky installation you can download and install .Net. In this situation we are dealing with consequences of an update from Microsoft, this issue.
  15. Hi @karlo, Please try to disable protection components one by one and check the issue. Which protection component is causing this? Does it help to configure an exclusion via Settings -> Threats and Exclusions -> Manage exclusions -> Add ?

  18. Hi @Aliencho, Are there any particular steps that lead to this situation? What operating system are you on? Which version of Kaspersky do you use? Try cleaning cache in browsers, will it help? Try clean boot (here is how for Windows 10), will it bring improvement?

If yes, please try this: - Click Start - Type 'Turn' and choose 'Turn Windows features on or off' in the search results - Select checkbox for .NET Framework 3.5 - Click OK, and follow the steps to download and complete installation. Will the issue persist after these steps?
  21. Hi @serbest, What is the size of g_objdt.dat in your system? The file is recreated and its size of 1-2Gb is normal. It is a temporary file for Kaspersky, like swap file in Windows (a swap file, also called a page file, is an area on the hard drive used for temporary storage of information.).

Включить .NET Framework 3.5 (по инструкции от AlexeyK выше) или 2. Выполнить следующие команды в командной строке в режиме администратора: dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /all dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:WCF-HTTP-Activation dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:WCF-NonHTTP-Activation Попробуйте, пожалуйста, поможет ли это?
