  1. Yes, when I try to reinstall that folder is created (after I deleted it with the tools) with just few files and then I have an error that say "cannot open asio.sys". I tried few tutorials about fixing the problem, but nothing worked and I really don't know what to do. I think I'm not going to use ai suite until I format my pc
  2. I tried your solutions and doesn't work, Ai suite 3 cannot be installed now, I also tried a tool found on the ROG forum and those didn't work aswell. I think it's some kind of windows registry problem or drivers (the error I have trying reinstall maybe bring to that) and I have to solve that before. Maybe I'm wrong, but making traces without the software installed doesn't gives useful informations. Anyway thanks for your help, I'm going to try something tomorrow
  3. The main problem now is that I can't even creating traces because I can't reinstall the software. I tried nexon's advices but didn't work, I don't know what happened or what's causing the problem... I don't want to format my pc now and all the solutions I tried searching on google doesn't work
  4. Tried, doesn't work... I tried install the software and also I suspended virus protection, got an error message and I had to reboot the pc because it was stuck... ai suite wasn't installed, and even deleting all the files created, you can't even try to reinstall it. It's all messed up now

  6. I also confirm that now Ai Suite 3 (3.00.13) and other Asus services works properly, at least for me.
  7. I really want to know why this works for someone but not for everyone ? I lost the count of how many times I tried unistanstall and reinstall everything, sometime it seems that work, but suddenly it doesn't I tried to contact Asus too about this problem, let's see what they sais
  8. Weird situation here. The problem seemed solved, but now it's back again... When it was working earlier, I rebooted twice my pc for make sure it was working. But at this new start up the problem keeps showing up, so reinstall everything is not enough
  9. Asus Z87 plus Really, I can't understand. I tried 3 times reinstalling everything before, and the problem was still there. Now it works. Maybe thanks for this new database, but looks like other people still have the problem. If you haven't done it yet, try install Armoury crate even if your motherboard (or os) isn't compatible

  11. For control pc fan, for now, you can use Fan Control V121 software, works for me

Problem is this: with older motherboards, newest versions of Ai Suite aren't compatible with windows 10 and Asus just stopped their support and looks like they aren't relasing updated versions of the software soon, the last version compatible with my sistem is 1.05.14. Probably the incompatibility with Kaspersky is related only to old versions of the software or with different ones like Ai Suite 2 or others Asus services, like dipaway mode. I will try to contact asus support too, but I already know they aren't going to do anything.
  13. I tried to install armoury crate, but doesn't work for me. I just have a new error message and looks like I can't uninstall it now ? I'm sure that my next motherboard never will be an asus product again
  14. Thanks for the answer. Yes, I'm doing it as requested from the support via mail and now I'm waiting for further informations. Anyway, for anyone who have this problem and want to control fan speed, for now I'm using a software called Fan Control V121 and it's quite useful. I'm sure that Kaspersky support will solve this problem, as they did the last time, hoping that it will not recur in the future again. So for now, we just have to wait
