      Скорее всего при настройке Премиума Вы дали общий доступ... Так что: сеть и интернет-дополнительные параметры общего доступа-общий доступ к файлам и принтерам

      After the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows update, the computer does not work properly on the Internet

      Thank you very much for your help.But the problem is still not resolved; I even reset the settings, but it didn't work. Turning off Network Threat Protection, Firewall, Application Control, and disabling Self-Defense also had no effect.

      Access problem when reinstalling software

      Hello @Raimgash, Welcome! (ioo), very bad idea & here's why, how are people who follow your guidance going to protect their very precious KPM data stored in the MyKaspersky (MyK) account? The MyKaspersky account is the portal to: Protecting devices Managing subscriptions Protecting children Shared protection Protecting private information Securing your Internet connection & much more; when subscribers have problems often their first point of contact is the Kaspersky Service Desk & while we believe all Kaspersky staff have the strongest commitment to protecting Kaspersky users privacy & would never abuse that; there's always a risk - using the KPM MASTER password as the MyK password increases that risk exponentially. Many people use KPM password generator to create a KPM MASTER password - we do not understand (your) logic, other than it indicates (you) have trouble remembering passwords. The KPM MASTER password is known only to (you), IF it's lost or forgotten or unusable Kaspersky cannot recover it - how do (you) propose Kaspersky managing MyK access problems for their subscribers when at the same time they have the golden egg? *Before* formatting (your) PC did you do any preparation, like exporting KPM - so you had access to the passwords? *Do (you) use KPM on another device, a mobile for example?       I Can't Access Web Portals

      Hello @Daywalker_27, Welcome! There's a known issue with v21.3 that's been fixed in the new version, there's two options, a free upgrade to the new version or a workaround to the existing version, please read on: *Option one* KTS is Kaspersky's old software, it's been replaced by Kaspersky Plus, it can be upgraded for free - READ: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T. The free upgrade is *like-for-like*. Before upgrading please do the following: Please confirm (your) region / location is *not* USA? Make sure the KTS activation code is saved in (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscription tab? Create a System Restore Point. Uninstall KTS, using Windows, Uninstall OR change a program. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON the computer by pressing the power button, login. Download Kaspersky Plus: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product Install Kaspersky Plus. *Important* At the *end* of the successful Kaspersky Plus install, make sure you've signed into the Kaspersky Plus application with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so it synchronises with (your) MyKaspersky account. Recheck the original issue? *Option two* Make sure Windows Hidden items, is checked -> refer: View hidden files and folders in Windows *important* -> open Kaspersky app, select Settings⚙ -> General, uncheck Enable Self-Defense, select Save, select Yes to confirm the action. Exit Kaspersky app - on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Exit. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ and delete the contents -> all files and folders. Shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login.       После установки Kaspersky Premium, в левом верхнем углу экрана периодически появляется картинка, на ней один человечек сидит за компьютером, второй стоит, появляется секунд на 10 потом исчезает. Почему появляется? Как это убрать?

      I Can't Access Web Portals

      I'm running Windows 10 and I haven't been able to log into my web portal (going to 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1 in web browser) Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Any other site works and I'm still able to get in the web portal on other devices.

      The program detects the problem and there is NO DELETE option in the menu. How is it possible???
