Kaspersky Secure Connection indicates that I have exceeded my limit of 300 MB per day, but not.

Hi,

My Kaspersky Secure Connection indicates that I have exceeded my limit of 300 MB per day, however, I have only used a few MB downloading updates today. Could anyone please help me with this problem? Thank you.

Hello Ian Chen.

The total of 300 MB per day is not limited only to your downloads, but also to all the web pages you visit and/or to any other action performed using your Internet connection.
Check if you have active connections (in background) in download or upload.

Hi The Shield,

There is no other action performed by me using the Internet connection. That's why I don't think I have used up the 300 MB daily limit.

How do I check if there is any active connection in the background? Thank you.

What version of Kaspersky are you using?
Open KIS > More Tools > My Network > Network Monitor.

Hi The Shield,

I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 19.0.0.1088(d).

I know how to get to the Network Monitor, but I don't think it shows which application has used up the 300 MB. Thank you.
