Remotely Resolving Threats from Server Console (KSC10)

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I want to know if there is a way to resolve all threats from a client remotely using KSC 10 without the need of resolving them one by one after every Virus Scan.
Thank you in advance.

This software versions are no longer supported. Please note that virus database updates for KES 10.2.1.23 are discontinued.

https://support.kaspersky.com/support/lifecycle#b2b.block3.ksc10

I would advise you to update software in use.

In "Virus Scan" tasks properties you can specify "Action on threat detection" parameter to perform automatic action upon threat detection.

Could you please clarify what kind of threats you are talking about? Do you mean "Unprocessed objects"?

yes exaclty, i want to verify Unprocessed objects in each machine (windows 7) and resolve them one by one.

I can't take the risk of delaeting the unprocessed objects automaticaly, some important data might be lost.

best regardes.

Unprocessed objects cannot be treated automatially and you have to treat them locally, or remotely using RDP or similar.

Please notice, that Unprocessed objects cannot be managed via console.

Thank you!
