      @darkwebkiller251 Welcome on the Kaspersky Forum Please Read before you create a new topic! Also please check your Windows event LOG ? Do you run another security suite alongside Kaspersky ?

      Kaspersky Premium is killing my internet connection as soon as I open it

      "So, I bought Kaspersky Premium to keep my PC safe and was just looking through the settings to see what’s what. After a bit, I tried to hop on Google and YouTube, but my internet was completely dead. To see if Kaspersky was the problem, I shut it down entirely—and boom, the internet came back. When I turned it back on, it died again. I thought it might be related to 'Smart Home Monitor,' so I disabled that, but no luck. The issue is still there. Does anyone know how to fix this? If I can’t find a solution here, my last resort is to turn off every single protection feature and toggle them back on one by one to see which one is the culprit. Any ideas?"

      Ну что я могу сказать... Какой-то глюк. Поставьте другой значок и не заморачивайтесь.

      Überwachung der Internetaktivitäten von Benutzern

      Hallo paddyF, vorweg: Die Überwachung von Internetaktivitäten ist rechtlich (Datenschutz, Stichwort "Mitarbeiter-Überwachung") nicht ganz trivial. Bevor du das konfigurierst solltest du dich juristisch absichern. In der Regel muss das über eine Arbeitnehmer-Vereinbarung oder in sowas in der Art abgesichert sein. Aber ich bin kein Jurist ... Damit du entsprechende Events in die KSC-Datenbank bekommst, müssen bestimmte Bedingungen bzgl. der Konfiguration erfüllt sein. Details findest du hier: https://support.kaspersky.com/de/kes-for-windows/12.12/187604 Der "Bericht über die Web-Kontrolle" liefert dir dann die Events entsprechend aufbereitet: Viele Grüße Alex

      В окне "О приложении" отсутствует зелёный щит.

      По всякому переключал и с клавиатуры и в настройках, медведь и буква К есть, а щита нет.

      Странно, должен быть. А если в Настройки - Настройки интерфейса поменять значок приложения и потом вернуть обратно, не появится?

      Здравствуйте! Хотелось бы узнать. В окне "О приложении" отсутствует зелёный щит. Это только у меня так или у всех? Не критично, просто интересно, никогда такого не было за много лет использования продукта. Остальное все работает, переключал по всякому и перезагружал компьютер, щит отсутствует.
