Hello,

 

Please check your Proxy settings:

Settings > Update > Update source > Proxy server > uncheck proxy server > ok > ok >ok.

 

 

If no fix please post a GSI log.

Also,

 

Resolve this issue by un and re install Kaspersky: Uninstall Kaspersky > reboot > re install Kaspersky > reboot > do a databases update > reboot.

Had the same problem few days ago. And the same solution. Seems that might be some issue with KAV after all :)
