  1. Good evening. Last year I had Kaspersky Internet Security license and separately the Password Manager license. This year I decided to merge the two services and purchase the license of KASPESKY TOTAL SECURITY, which includes the Password Manager license. I would like to transfer my 85 passwords and notes to the new license. The transition from the old PM license to the new KTS + PM gives me an error. When I enter my credentials, he asks me to purchase a PM license separately. I contacted the support service but I have not solved the problem. I tried to uninstall it, disconnect the device from my MYKSPESKY account, but it does not solve the problem. The strange thing is that even if I try to get into my online password box, it gives me an error and it tends to buy a new license. Thank you
