  1. What do you mean? On KSC it shows Agent Installed, Agent Not Running.
  2. We've upgraded about 200 hosts to 10.3.3.275 through KSC 10.4.343. Of that 200, about 20 or so are now saying "No Security application installed" and are effectively unmanageable. On the host end, everything seems to be running alright, there are no warning messages in KES, however when I run KLCSNGTGUI (or whatever it's called) it doesn't seem to see the Endpoint. We replaced a couple of these computers because they had aged out but we don't have the resources to replace all 20. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I'm trying to push Lansweeper agent to every device in the organization, I set it up for automatic installation on my test group and much to my surprise, it looks like it reinstalled for all devices in the group, including the ones that already had it installed. Do I need to change the name of my installation package or is there something else I can do to make sure that KSC associates the install file with the installed application?
  4. Got this working, the encryption module in KSC had somehow broken. I repair-installed KSC again and the issue was resolved.
  5. It is listed at Encrypted Devices, when I go to Properties in that screen, I get "General" Which has Description, Device, Device Type and Key
  6. No, it was encrypted through KSC. It was unencrypted, then moved into a folder with a policy that mandates bitlocker encryption.
  7. For the time being, it isn't possible. Would I be able to roll back to KES10SP2 on the client? Would that solve the problem?

  9. We're trying out BitLocker on a couple of our Windows 10 Devices (1803) with KES 11. We're able to successfully encrypt them, but we can't provide access to them from KSC10. When we right click on the device it shows the message attached instead of the reset screen from the documentation.
