  1. Hi, I install KES on the machine with Win7 Enterprise, after complete install, service of KES doesn't start. Installation Log and GSI Report attached. Please Help us to install. I changed install files and reinstall Kes but the problem didn't solve. Hello In a network we want to run update task at a time, for this purpose We choose “install only approved updates” in properties of update task, set “every 1 day at 13:00 o’clock and uncheck “run missed task” and set stop task is taking longer than 720 min in schedule of update task, disable automatic update agent , but update task run automatically any time for example at 9:00, What should we do to solve it. We want this task don’t run any time (just at 13:00 o’clock every day) What other parameters are effective in run update task??? Please help us. Thank you.

Dear Alexander, we have one problem with last version, i said in below: When we restore Backup of KSC 10.1.249 on KSC 10.2.434, Backup restored successfully but KSC can't connect to administration server. we check Services, Credential, Account. even we ran Switch Account Utility but we hadn't any result.
