Hello, I have KSC 10.5.1781 with Total license which is still active I'm trying to create inst. package (3rd option, Select an app from KL database...), and I have try more than one, and result is always same "Failed to download the new installation ackage to the Administration server for remote installation. This operation requires a license for the feature Vuln. & Patch Management" What is that I'm doing wrong?
  3. Someone (admin) changed title. I'm not sure which version is: Windows Server Standard 2008 or Windows SBS Standard 2008 (SP1) and don't know if upgrade to SP2 will satisfy requirements for KSOS5 (or KSOS6)
  4. I have situation on customer side and if someone can look into GSI and answer me, is this OS supported by KSOS5 or not? Until now KSOS3 was installed, but removed because new activation codes are not valid with it. KSOS5 setup fails with message "Kaspersky Small Office Security -- Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2008 x64 Edition Service Pack 2 or higher is required to install the application.   6. Hm, more details in which direction? PC is with Win10 Pro, ver 1709, 16229.371 On PC is installed KES Cloud Endpoint latest possible version 10.3.0.6294 Windows update started to install latest Windows version 1803 and failed with message "Endpoint Security: Update to the latest version or uninstall to continue with setup" Possible solutions? If unistall is only way at the moment, will KES Cloud work after Windows upgrade and install again? I was confident that the update will not run on computers that do not have a flag that they are ready. KES Cloud 10.3.0.6294 is ready for Win 10 ver 1803 or not?

  8. Hello, now this are right questions and help. It was policy problem. After removal of converted policy endpoint started to work normal. Policy was converted from KES 10 SP1 version. Thank you!
  9. Password protection is disabled on this PC with problem. I have made uninstall of version 10 and version 11 is still not running after install. Didn't try kavremover to remove vesion 10 and 11, maybe something from old installs is causing issue.

  11. Hi, I don't have physical access to PC, so I have done what I can remotely. If you have some extra guidelines what to do, just send me. I can work with PC after working hours :(. Attached are GSI from KSC remote diag - one with KES 10 working OK, and another with KES 11 not working OK. Multiple tasks are not working, Web control has Error code A6440010 KES10_0001-sysinfo-result.cab KES11_0002-sysinfo-result.cab
  12. Hello, answer is no. In first situation there was no indication that maybe KES 10 was not removed 100%. I will return to this PC later. Thanks!
  13. Situation #2 (Win10 PC, 2x Xeon, 48GB memory) After upgrade, OS didn't started OK. Forced restart. KSC says that KES 11 is installed, KES 10 was on list of installed apps. I tried to force one more install. Didn't help, except that after this try KES 11 was on list of installed apps in OS. No modules started. On manual start, Error code A6440010 . Later I made and run task for unistall KES 11. Restart. Task for uninstall KES 10. Restart. Task for install KES 11. Restart. Now KES 11 is working on this PC. Question? Is it possible that running uninstall tasks for KES10/11 will help PC from previous post? Best guess is ok. Thank you!
  14. Hi, at the moment I can't make screenshot. I will explain. I started upgrade from latest KES 10 to KES 11 via KSC. Not all KES 11 modules started after restart. I made unistall task. Restart. Clean install. Again some (same) modules didn't start. One of them on manual start returned Error code A6440010. Turned on tracing. Restarted PC. Turned off tracing. Unistalled KES 11. Restart. Installed KES 10 (10.3.0.6294). Restart. Everything OK. GSI report made Remote diagnostics at this moment.   15. What can mean A6440010 error code? I'm upgrading from KES 10 to KES 11 via KSC. And I seen such error code on Win7 and Win 10. I saw this on different modules. For now, I had to go back to KES 10 on one PC because not all KES 11 modules started OK. KES 10 is working without problem. I have some tracing files from this PC with KES 11, but Getsysteminfo with KES10.

  17. Hello, is there any way to change language of management console? Before sign-in there is link at bottom of page where is possible to change, but after sign-in language is reverted back to one before...and there is no more link to change language. br danijel
  18. Hi, mentioned article doesn't answer my question :(. Is there any other way to upgrade endpoints/agents on client PCs other then sending invitation (again) to every user (new or old) and manually download/install new version on every PC? BR, Danijel
