Hello,\ I intended to buy Kaspersky Total security, but I clicked on Kaspersky Internet security :\ There was an offer, so I went ahead and bought 3 licenses ... 3 licenses for the wrong product ;"( My credit card has been charged. But I have not used the license yet. How do I rectify this? I've been trying to make an account to contact support, but to no avail. I can't create a new account, or can I retrieve the password of my old account. I know I should not post this on the forums, but this is my only way. Thanks.
  2. I've went through the manual. So the free space is on Dropbox??? I did the linking. But I did not get any 100GBs extra to my dropbox. Please see the attached image.
  3. Hello, I've just brought a license to Kapsersky Total Security. And as you can see in the attached dcreenshot, it comes with free 100GB of cloud storage. But I'm not sure where and how to use the 100GB. The email I received does not say anything about that. And in Kaspersky program interface itself, I can't see any tab for this purpose. Thanks.
  4. Hello. I have Kaspersky Pure 3. It will expire within a week, so I clicked on update and paid, and all went well. But on my invoice it says that I bought: Kaspersky Total Security - 1 license (1 year) Whoops! Are they the same thing? Or is Kaspersky Total Security the successor of Pure? Should I dump Pure and got for Kaspersky Total Security? Thank you.

Hello, I'm getting an alert that Kaspersky Pure database is outdated: I run the update, but it tells me that not all components could be updated: I have Kaspersky Pure 9.1.0.124 (Is this the latest? From where can I update the software) PS: My license is still valid, I have around 300 days left in it) I'm using Windows 7 Thanks.
  10. Did not work. I download it from here: http://products.kaspersky-labs.com/english....0.124en_ae.exe And it worked! Not sure how though just to double check. The version on kaspersky-labs.com is the same as the one on kaspersky.com ? thanks.
  11. Hi, I have a 3 PC license of Kapsersky pure. I'm trying to install it on a Windows 7 64 bit PC, but it gives me an error (see attached image). I downloaded it from here: http://www.kaspersky.com/pure-latest-versions I trued re-downloading it and re-insalling it again and again, not no avail
