  1. Right click tray icon and select about..Multi device licenses allow you to use your licenses on any combo of pc/mac/etc
  2. Also, codes are region restricted..If you wish to pay with paypal, you should be able to purchase a license from here http://store.downloadcrew.co.uk for a fair price.
  3. If you wish to change your default browser in Win10,please go to control panel>programs>default programs>set your default programs..You can change your browser to whatever you wish. Regards
  4. Forgive me for my ignorance, but I was under the impression that Kaspersky does not support operating systems that are not final.
  5. Michael_hoang's directions were perfect. If they do not work for you, there may be something else at work.My experience with dealing with this problem with other users,is that their adblocking software can sometimes get in the way if it filters https. My advice would be to 1)temporarily shut down or disable your adblocker. 2)shut down it's running processes. 3)follow the directions previously stated 4)now you can re-enable your adblocking software Regards
  6. You will usually be notified via the gui of KAV about upcoming renewal. It will offer you a discount as it gets closer.I'd wait to the last day to renew.I was offered a substantial discount(60% off) on mine with 3 days to go,but I had already purchased another key for when the subscription expired.
  7. Hello.I know of other who had this issue and from what I recall, you need to open Firefox, click on tools>options>advanced Certificates>view certificates>authorities>click on import now windows explorer is open.migrate to C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP15.0.1\Data\Cert\(fake)Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Root Certificate.cer click on it and select open. You should be good to go.
  8. Hello, I'm no expert, but I would say it's definitely risky. It's falls generally under PUA-PUP classification. It's detected by 33 out of 54 engines at virustotal and also detected by 31 out of 68 engines at herdprotect. That alone would tell me that I might want to stay away.
  9. Hello, Under settings>scan>scan schedule do you have weekly selected??I don't see any reason for the behavior you mentioned if it's scheduled scan completed in the first place.
  10. Hello, To my knowledge, and I may be wrong, keys are only accepted from versions up to 2 years prior which means you are probably out of luck.As 2011 has been out of support for some time,i am sure those keys went with it.There are some great deals to be had with a little digging on the net, depending on your locale, etc.
  11. Please read this pre-existing thread http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=305992
  12. Have you tried using your search engine? The K icon shows up just fine in my results on Firefox 32.0.3
  13. A GSI report might help us better get an idea what the problem may be.I run the same OS as you,and from my observations,i shaved about 10% off shutdown time and about 8% or so on boot time versus previous build.I clean installed,no over the top.I have been very pleased with the performance in every respect
  14. Moderator. Please move to virus related issue forum for better exposure.I would probably say it is a FP.A lot of unscrupulous companies purposely build FP's into their free web based scanners to get you to buy their paid products.the same goes for registry cleaners and so called bad entries. It's usually a ploy to get you to buy software.I asked the mod to move this to the virus related issues part of the forum for better exposure. Please follow any and all intructions to the letter.Do not do anything unless told to.You can wind up doing more harm than good should you indeed happen to be infected. You may want to read the stickies at the top of the virus related issues page in advance.Virus Related Issues
