  1. Acknowledge. but i need assistance to copy updates files from another server to this for interim until update. Can you guide me what files and folders required to copy and paste.
  2. Dear Admins, I have an encounter an issue in my Windows 2008 R2 server with anti-virus 6.0 update issue. It doesn't start by clicking update button. kindly guide me what to do because this is my production server.
  3. I didn't change any username. i used with default id KLAdmin and set password but not working with clients. I unchecked the password protection but client still popping the user id and password window. I don't understand the new updated kit this sort of issues. what is the reliability of the well know product like kaspersky.
  4. I have already attached the snapshot of KSC level policy and also attached the snapshot of client. For your information: 1) I disable the password to implement on client but on client still asking the password. 2) I applied Inheritance without inheritance and force inheritance to child but have the same result that client still popping for password. due to this i unable to exit or uninstall kaspersky on clients because password is not accepting what i set in KSC panel. please guide / help for getting out of this situation. regards,

Dear Admins, I am in a big trouble before 3 days back i have faced that my clients are automatically upgraded on new client "Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 2 for Windows". even though i have not checked marked "automatic installation of kaspersky lap update". my 90 systems are on this module. after that i have integrate latest module in my KSC management console with ksc update and made policies as per my requirement but now currently facing that Application protected password is not working on all clients. 1) Can you tell me why this new upgrade install automatically - is there any setting left to set in KSC console 2) Password protection policy is not working on clients 3 snapshot attached for your view. please look into this and revert.   9. Hello, I have checked above links are identical with my setting. Scenario: I am going to run Kaspersky Antivirus 8.0 WSEE for protecting VNXe3200. I need to turn on RPC Serivce in Kaspersky but yet not succeeded. Real Time and ICAP is running without issue. is there any specific article to configure Kaspersky 8.0 wsee for VNXe3200 box. please help, if anyone have expertise.
