      Mozilla Firefox и KES

      Добрый день! При установленном KES(12.7) запуск браузера Mozilla Firefox (91 esr) ругается на файл настроек(смотреть скриншот). Если отключить политики, самозащиту или вобоще выполнить выход в KES - результат тот же. Если полностью удалить KES с рабочей станции, то Лиса нормально начинает запускаться. В исключение добавлены каталоги лисы и профили лисы. Контроль приложений в нашем случае не работает, отключен как компонент. Уже не знаю куда копать... кто сталкивался? Спасибо

      Ich würde von Kaspersky Support eine Erklärung verlangen. Die Einzige Lösung aus meiner Sichtweise ist ein neues Konto mit einer neuen Mail-Adresse und neu erworbenen Aktivierungscode durch Einkäufe. Gruss Longlife

      Can't remove/change the license in Kaspersky for Android app

      In fact, you are not the only one who has encountered this problem. Kaspersky Password Manager has the same problem. I have logged out of my device, but the authorization page still shows that an authorization position is occupied.

      Hello @DrWho, Welcome! Which Windows 10 OS & Build, in Windows Search, type WINVER, select the WINVER app & post back the information shown? Which KSK Version -> on the Windows Taskbar, *Hidden icons*, rightclick the KSK icon, select About? How is KSK blocking copilot, what KSK alerts show, when copilot is blocked? IF edgeservices.bing.com is added to edge://settings/content/cookies does it make a difference? *As a test only*, what happens IF, in Kaspersky Standard, Network Settings, "Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages", is unchecked? Exit the Edge browser, add edgeservices.bing.com to: Kaspersky Standard, Security Settings -> Network Settings -> Trusted Addresses, select Save, select Confirm for the User prompt, shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by Pressing the power button, login, start the Edge browser, recheck? Another issue entirely, IF Kaspersky Standard *application*, used by (your) son, is not protected by a administrator password, known only to the parents, it should be - read: How to password-protect access to the application management functions.       Blocking the website.

You may feel more inspired to do so by logging a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown below, include a *detailed history*. *Also - IF using Chat - ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript *before* ending the chat - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat* Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
