Kaspersky Security Cloud

I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 with a SSD drive running on Windows 10 with all updates installed, the Kaspersky Hard Drive Health Monitor is unable to retrieve data from the drive. Is this common? Is there a Windows setting that may be interfering with retrieving the data? Any ideas? Thanks.

UDS,HEUR, and VHO have been added for both the executable file and its accompanying "librouter.dll" file. Cannot activate TurboTax because it requires the application to contact the TT server. This problem did not exist under Kaspersky Internet Security. KSC Personal was purchased on August 27, 2019. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Would seem such a trivial action, but finding a Kaspersky Security Cloud setting is quite time consuming requiring you to remember multiple menus and sub menus/settings, then again sometimes even more sub sub settings/menus. How about including a search field/box providing a ability to simply and quickly search through all the settings for KSC.

Good day, I have often problem in Google Chrome after install KSC v21.3.10.391. I will type name of website, I will key ENTER, Google Chrome show error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN after few seconds and 2-3 seconds after load website. I am on 1/1 Gbps fiber optic. I try reset DNS and winsock in OS and DNS settings in Dev settings Chrome. I try fully uninstall and reinstall Chrome with deleting the entire history. All drivers for HW/SW are up to date on Win 10 Pro N 20H2 19042.870. Network card is onboard Realtek RTL8168 Gigabit Ethernet Controller. I revert to KSC v21.2.16.590. All works without problems. After I delete KSC v21.2.16.590 and install again KSC v21.3.10.3…

Hi, I know this has been discussed a million times but even after reading tons of forum entries I am still not sure which one to get. I have KTS right now on my Mac and KSK on a few Macs, Windows, iPads and iPhones. My problem is that I need more than 5 licenses now and there is no 10 license package for KTS. So I thought switching to KSC with a 10 license bundle. I am pretty sure I can use KSK with the KSC license. Is that correct? I do understand that KSC does pretty much all KTS does plus some HD and Wifi checks. Is there anything in KTS that KSC can not do? And last but not least, I purchased a license from a 3rd party store which gave me all kinds of issues afterward…

hi, our organisation is operating remotely on a full byod model. we provide users with access to microsoft365 and KIS. the problem with KIS is that once the employee leaves, the activated KIS goes with the employee as well and we will have to purchase another copy for newcomers. i have read up about KSC-Family, which operates on user account basis. does this mean that we can assign a license to an employee, revoke when they resign, and reassign it to a new employee?

There is no way to close this. I restart and it pops up again. It will not go away and it’s on top of everything. I can’t use my computer at all unless I can close this (I tried to force close it and it refuses.) This is the free version, I understand it has pop ups but it’s shouldn’t disable my using my computer either. How do I close it or should I uninstall and get a different product?

bjr I am lost I had KTsecurity which seems to have disappeared although my licence goes till Jan 2021 instead I have KSCloud on trial for 1 month OK seems good - also have KSConnection on both PC and Android as well as Android protection - the backup on KTS seems to be gone but I am not bothered dont use it any more. I switched from Total Security to Cloud. I also installed Safe Kids on several devices and it works fine but under licenses it still shows up under the old Total Security license that is expired. When I go to devices and try to add the Cloud license to the device it says the code could not be found. While all programs are working correct it is kind of annoying that the licenses dont show up correct. Stephan

LilySpeech is a wonderful speech to text program which has just one problem: Kaspersky Security Cloud won’t let it run. I have tried excluding its folder but I don’t know what to put in the Object box. The Security Cloud instructions link to a Virus Encyclopedia which does not exist. I have tried adding it as a Trusted Application, but here the problem is that as soon as it is installed it starts automatically and is immediately zapped by Kaspersky. I reported this as a product which should not be a problem but it is still being deleted. Can anyone help. This is extremely frustrating.

However, I want you to feel, for me, what it's like to do a back-up on the SSD itself. After patch C of KSC Free 21.1.15.500 (today) finally got installed into my Laptop, I’ve been experiencing YouTube Sign-in Issue exactly as described in this Firefox Forum Thread. There was one answer which indicated it was Kaspersky issue. In this Google/YouTube Forum on same problem, Kaspersky was mentioned also as the cause. Just like to point it out, in my case, it also happens in Firefox Browser only; no such issue in my Edge and Chrome. Apparently it’s been happening for months and has not been resolved yet. Hello. I uninstalled Kaspersky from my MacOS but it seems like it hasn't been completely uninstalled. I'm researching for my blog post in which I test various antivirus. When I tried to install another antivirus, it gave me error that Kaspersky is still installed, and thus that new antivirus cannot be installed. Also, when I click the services dropdown in any file options, it still shows me the option to scan with Kaspersky even though I cannot scan because Kaspersky is fully uninstalled from my MacOS. Hi! I keep on getting a Kaspersky Security Cloud notification about Malware being detected. It says: Detected: MEM:Trojan.Script.AngryPower.gen Location: System memory When I chose the option to disinfect and restart the computer, either it does that, restarts, and says that the object was disinfected, or I’ll get some sort of System32 error and then my computer has to be restarted to work again. I keep on getting the Kaspersky notification, and I am pretty computer illiterate so I’m not sure what to do about this. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Here is the deal, my computer started to act a bit slow while playing video games around a week ago and I don’t often click on any weird links or any ads or anything but still I got paranoid. I have ESET protection fully enabled and also MalwareBytes scanner as second option. Good evening, Recently i have purchased a subscription of Total Security for 5 devices thinking that it would benefit having it on my iPhones and iPad (on the description page it says that it’s working on macOS and iOS); Unfortunately Total Security its not covering iPhones or iPads so i ended up with only 1 device being covered from a total of 5. I would love to change my subscription from Total Security into Cloud Security considering ability to get full protection on my iPhones/iPads. Moments later the popup opened. Again I chose ‘Yes’.
