	My mouse keeps jumping to the left corner of the screen, my mouse is a superlight from logitech and i tried many other good brands mouses even NEW mouses and EVERY singles one does the same thing, as you can see in the following video. 	Remedy: Let AdGuard VPN program and/or browser extension to hook traffic and set connection earlier than KSC Web-Antivirus. After pause &amp; resume KSC protection the problem disappeared / Disable Web-Antivirus in KSC.

	It would be nice to have predefined setup presets for most popular VPN programs &amp; browser extensions. It would be nice, that KSC scans &amp; automatically adjusts such settings to be compatible &amp; compliant with the software VPN providers, and shows notification to user about possible incompatibilities &amp; problems.

	Is it possible to make special exclusion page/option for browser extensions, where user can choose browser and extension and all the exclusions (don't check traffic of Chrome browser flowing via AdGuard VPN extension, for e.g.)?

	I'm using<span> </span><strong>Kaspersky security cloud free</strong>.

	I use the<span> </span><strong>URL Advisor</strong><span> </span>for all website and the green shield icon appears beside every possible URL on every website.
</p>

<p style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#444444;font-size:14px;">
	While it is a good indicator, it disrupts how some websites are displayed. Image below.
</p>

<p style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#444444;font-size:14px;">
	This problem is persistent when the<span> </span><strong>Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera</strong><span> </span>and maybe on other browsers as well, but I have not tested them all.<br />
	In addition to this, the problem is persistent when<span> </span><strong>Kaspersky URL Adviser</strong><span> </span>and <strong>Kaspersky Protection browser extension</strong><span> </span>are both enabled.
</p>

<p style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#444444;font-size:14px;">
	I've tried enabling only<span> </span><strong>Kaspersky URL Advisor</strong><span> </span>and not disabled the <strong>Kaspersky Protection browser extension<span> </span></strong>and this problem does not occur.
</p>

<p style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#444444;font-size:14px;">
	I've attached an image to illustrate what the problem looks like.<br />
	RED is a big problem.<br />
	Yellow is also a problem because the placement or positioning of the Kaspersky icon is poor.
</p>

	The problem mainly happens in Google Videos section and Google News section.
</p>

	Please try to fix.

	Hello! I am using Kaspersky Security Cloud (free) on Windows 10 Pro 21H1. The language on the app is in Norwegian. My laptop has been in Swedish for a while, but it's not anymore. All my language and region settings are correct (Finland). I can change the language to English in the app by clicking shit + F12, but its only temporare and I can't find any language settings in the app. I would prefer video/picture answers, so I will know exactly where to click. I have searched for many tutorials, none of them worked, even the one on kaspersky help website didn't help. Thanks! <span class="ipsEmoji">?</span>

	Just downloaded <span>Kaspersky Security Cloud Free, but It says I have 21.7.7.393 Kaspersky Free in "about"</span><span> </span>

	Using Win7 set at maximum 1440x900 max resolution. Display for Kasp is too wide for screen, and requires me to use mouse to move it left or right to see all.
</p>

<p>
	There is no "window" option, only "minimize" or "exit". I could find no settings to adjust it within the program.
</p>

<p>
	Guessing the programmers got *****, and decided EVERYBODY has a HD screen display?
</p>

<p>
	Anybody know a fix? I chose it because the recent software upgrade from AVAST assumes I have a super computer with a zillion GB of memory, and reduced me to a crawl unless I turned off the protection.
</p>

<p>
	With a much lower demand on the system, the speed has returned to normal with Kasp. Even 10 year old computers still need protection! Thanks..

	HI everyone facing the weirdest issue I have faced. I have Kaspersky Security cloud It causes issues for me in steam like during remote sharing/steam link to tv , However the weird issue is If I uninstall or remove Kaspersky completely Steam will always be in offline mode and will not connect to the internet If I install kaspersky security cloud back then steam will start working in online mode I have tried installing and uninstalling steam this issue seems like a major problem. I have clean removed Security cloud using Kaspersky removal tool as well.<br />

	I did not face this issue with Kaspersky total security or anything but its mainly with security cloud I tried installing total security and then also steam will not work I had to install back security cloud to get it working again in online mode which is frustrating that I am dependent on kaspersky for another program to connect to the internet when everything was working properly until I started using Kaspersky security cloud. Seems extremely weird.

	The irony of Kaspersky banning RT.

	I am living in Western Europe where RT (www.rt.com) is banned. So I finally set up a vpn to access that site and then lo and behold a Russian antivirus software of all things is what is now blocking it. The irony.

	This started this week. Three or so days ago. I tried to troubleshoot and found out that Kaspersky is not claiming the domain has malware but rather that it is preventing access to the site under the guise of one of Kaspersky's extra features: the  "Encrypted connection scanning" thing.
</p>

<p>
	What's this nonsense? I really don't want to put a URL in my anitvirus to be bypassed (right now in order to access the site one has to either disable encrypted connection scanning in Kaspersky or else whitelist the website so that the encrhypted scanning option proceeds elsewhere but not on RT. That's a bad practice Kaspersky is forcing me to do (because if in the future a whitelisted website does become malicious then Kaspersky will not be able to do due diligence and serve me. That's why I'd rather that Kaspersky stops censorship in the EU and just let us have access to the site without us having to whitelist it.

It is a bit annoying when a popup show's up in a middle of an online meeting while you present something... Also there are some screen notifications from features like "Secure Keyboard Input" which, if possible, I'd like to "discrete".

	Almost every day I have to close the Kaspersky which means that sometimes I forget to reopen it when I don't need anymore apps. Mostly the issues are with the messengers like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. For example, with active the Kaspersky, I can't send files through the WhatsApp.

	Windows Apps path is like C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\[random string]\app\[app name].exe, with that random string to be changed from time to time. So, I have to add as trusted applications these programs again and again, or just kill the whole Kaspersky when I use these apps.

	Kaspersky Security Cloud will absolutely, positively NOT honor the exclusion of "*HackTool.Win32.RouterScan.a". UDS,HEUR, and VHO have been added for both the executable file and its accompanying "librouter.dll" file. To clarify the object exclusions:

	All of these have been added to the threats &amp; exclusions list, but KSC <strong>continues to block execution, </strong>which forces me to disable it temporarily in order to run the software.

			When I enter on some chart from Binance (ex: <a href="https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_BUSD?theme=dark&amp;type=spot" rel="external nofollow">https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_BUSD?theme=dark&amp;type=spot</a>), the data(tick-price, bids, asks, etc.) is not updating in real-time and I have to refresh the page to see the last data.
		</p>

		<p>
			I have added `binance.com` as trusted domain, but the problem still persists.
		</p>

		<p>
			I have tried to stop the protection one by one (Web Anti-Virus, File Anti-Virus, etc.), even completely Pause, but still not working.
		</p>

		<p>
			I observed that if I stop(exit) Kaspersky, the data starts to update in real time.
		</p>

		<p>
			I have tried with Chrome(109.0.5414.120) and it works perfectly with Kaspersky ON.
		</p>

			How I can fix this?
