Hi there, I purchased Kaspersky total security and have connected the codes to my account. However I could not activate the premium version of Secure Connection and Kaspersky Password Manager.

the Face ID is now not working on password app after ios update. what can i do to get may passwords back?

Hi Everyone, I have a problem with my Kas Password manager, I have Windows 10 and Chrome browser installed, in most cases, I have to manually open KPM, search for the login record and manually paste it in the login field, no duplicates in my database, it works on some websites, others no no. anyone idea? thank you

Hello, I would like to express my opinion on the product in hope that it will inherit some of Nordpass features that I miss. First of all, i had a problem when trying to import my passwords from Nordpass to Kaspersky, So I ended up manually importing all data took me lots of time. I've been using Chrome for quite awhile where i was able to use the KPM chrome extension to use my password vault for the use i had for the different websites i use regularly, it was amazing, but now a days, i seems to have moved onto a new Browser Platform such as Opera, which doesn't support lots of extensions but there is a few, i would love to see if you guys would develop a nice and beautiful extension to be used for the many of millions of Opera users out there, who also uses the wonderful product you guys has to offer. I have KIS on both mine and my wifes PC Windows 10 and Android Mobiles It is a 5 licence version. We both have KPW with different master signons and data. If our phones were both lost or stolen I could walk into an internet cafe and goto my.kaspersky and access my KPW manager but as far as I can see she wouldn't be able to as there doesn't seem to be the access for her to do that with KIS. It only allows for one KPW. Could anyone confirm I am correct in assuming this or is there a separate login page to KPW manager available that I am missing? If not is there any other way to access her KPW file? Many thanks in advance

Hello. export from 1Password ver 7.4.750 are identified as Dashlane data when importing to KPM. This results into zero login being imported. INF kpm::migration::CsvFile::Export CSV format detected as Dashlane 0x2604 DBG kpm::migration::CsvFile::Export Detected headers: Undefined 0x2604 DBG kpm::migration::CsvFile::Export [Dashlane][0] skip row. Not supported object type: 1 Is there any workaround how to get over this? Updating csv columns list after export or such?

Hi, when I export my data from LastPass it can only be exported in HTML format. Kaspersky can only import in csv format? Can you suggestion please how I can transfer my data from LastPass to Kaspersky?

Tech support says there's no way to import from Sticky Passwords but perhaps there is? Anyone found a way? From Sticky passwords I can export to text, html, xml... I tried to convert XML to CSV through Excel but I didn't succeed. Thansk

Due to a typing error I've entered wrongly the master password for instead the password manager ask to create a new master password. By the way KPM create a new vault and make a backup and block the last vault. Fortunately I've found the correct password but when I tried to import the encrypted vault but KPM says that cannot be imported because is from a older version and fail. Do you know a workaround or download a fully version of a older version?

Hello. I wish to use password manager. I need to elevate on admin right to be able to install, what I can't do. Is there a workaround or portable version available somewhere ? Or install on user environement instead of system (as webbrowser are doing)

Hello community, May I know if the KPM license included in Kaspersky total security is also valid for mobile devices? For example I have a total security license which includes KPM license. I have a PC at work that is not my PC but I am the only one using it so I would like to use the password manager on the browser on that PC but I cant seem to get it to work thanks.
