Apologies for the delay answering your topic😥

If the issue persists, please tell us: 

  1. When "Mas information/More information" is selected, what shows? 
  2. Is Kaspersky Total Security installed on all 3 devices? 
  3. Is KPM working on any device?
  4. After KPM was installed, did you log into (your) MyKaspersky account, from the KPM application? 

Please let us know?

I suppose, that your license has only one KPM account and you are trying to activate it for two or more accounts, or KPM was activated for another account previously, We need to check it and unbind KPM from the old account.
