<p>
	I am experiencing a consistent crash with Kaspersky Password Manager while testing the new Android 17 Beta 1. The app successfully opens to the initial login screen, but immediately crashes and completely closes as soon as I enter my password and select "Unlock."
</p>

<p>
	Because I need access to my passwords, I have opted out of the Android beta. I am hoping KPM will resume normal functionality on the next public Android release.
</p>

<p>
	I am reporting this now so the development team is aware of the compatibility issue. I hope this can be investigated and patched so that the app doesn't break for everyone when Android 17 officially launches to the public.

I have been going systematically through all the required settings and have found that when it comes to 'Passwords, passkeys, and autofill' the only installed choices are Samsung Pass and Google. When I go to Settings&gt;General Management&gt;Passwords, passkeys and autofill&gt;Passwords settings&gt; I am offered the choice of Samsung Pass, Google,Passwords, None, +Add service. When I continue to'+Add service' I end up in <strong>Google Play which currently has no Kaspersky listed </strong>(apart from the fact that, in any case, I already have Kaspersky Password Manager installed). How do I nominate Kaspersky for the autofill service.

	     I have been using Kaspersky Password Manager on Android for several years without any issues. However, starting today, a pop-up notification appears every time I open the app. When I click the 'Let's update' button, it redirects me to the GetApps store, but there is no update button available to download the latest version. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. For context, I downloaded the app from GetApps (the Xiaomi app store). Could you please help me understand what this notification means and how to fix it?

	Hello all, I have three separate Microsoft Online accounts that all use the same domain name for login.  When I save all my passwords, because of the same domain name, Kaspersky insists on rolling all three into one entry in Password Manager.  Because two are for different companies and one personal, I would like them to be separate entries which is much easier for search purposes.  <br />

	Is there any way I can bypass the merging of all three into one single entry?

	<strong>Problem Summary: </strong>I can't install the Password Manager extension on Firefox. In 'Browsers' (in 'Settings' on the Password Manager app), Firefox isn't listed as an option, only Microsoft Edge. (See image below.)

	<strong>Extra Details: </strong>I recently purchased a new laptop. I installed Kaspersky and Firefox, but the option to install the Password Manager extension doesn't appear for Firefox (I've managed to install the Kaspersky Protection extension without issue). I have, however, been able to install the Password Manager extension for Microsoft Edge. I've tried uninstalling Kaspersky and Firefox, but the problem persists. I haven't had this issue on any of my other devices. As far as I'm aware, there isn't any other way to install the extension.

	Installed the Password Manager extension on each browser. On Chrome and FFox, the extension icon is red and when I click on it I get the popup "Install the application" with a Download and Install button, but I already have the application installed. On Edge, the icon is green but when I click it I get only "Password Generator" and never the option to select the entry for the current website - like I previously had. 
</p>

	I recently bought  a new laptop.  I installed KIS and KPM.  I opened Edge and found that passwords are not being auto-filled.  I installed Firefox, and auto-fill works there.  I've checked in Edge and browser password actions are unchecked.  How do I get it working?

	i have kpm included with kaspersky premium but I can't sincronize archives ("unable to synchronize"). i tried to disconnect account and reconnect but it won't work

	Hi,
</p>

<p>
	Because I live in the US I can't download Password Manager on to my new device. I still have Password Manager on my phone but I can't export passwords from the phone; only from from the desktop version (which I can't download as I'm in the US). And, when I try to log in to My Kaspersky account online it doesn't accept the password from my "Kaspersky Password Manager" account and says that, in that case, the original cloud storage will be deleted and I will lose all the saved passwords! Really?!
</p>

<p>
	So, given that I can't export passwords from the app on my phone, and can't download the app on my desktop, and can't log in to My Kaspersky without losing all my data, what do I do?
</p>

<p>
	I am truly loathe to manually type up each and every password by hand, hoping that I've typed it correctly!
</p>

	Recently had to re-activate a Win 10 Lenova M72 desktop to use a high resolution scanner driver no longer supported in Win 11.   I needed spare space so deleted PWM (which had been working fine) along with some other programs.
</p>

<p>
	ReloadedKaspersky Plus and PWM  however now it will no longer sync after logging in.....nor will it import the backup copy of the vault exported from an Asus Win 11 laptop.  The vault password is correct.  The Asus and iPhone are syncing the vault perfectly.
</p>

	Win 10 Pro - 10.0.19045 Build 19045
</p>

<p>
	WPM: 25.0.0.501 (a) / 1760810612_7731 / 1.1.0.2_1 loadedBoth machines have the latest KPM software....both are registered devices in My Kaspersky.....I've tried removing Kaspersky and reloading it.....any thoughts before I just give up and move to different password management software?  <span class="ipsEmoji">😂</span>

	I started using Floorp Browser recently (its a Firefox fork) and although i am able to install the Password Manager extension it does not work, when i click on the extension it just loads forever and the key icon inside the passwords boxes appear but they are greyed out instead of green.<br />

	Is there a way to make the extension work on Floorp?
