VLC crashing/Not working with KIS. Have not had this happen with other AV. New to KIS. Suggestion? VLC is a must have.

Quickscan hangs on C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA\RtkNGUI64.exe. When time remaining went from two (2) minutes to 27 minutes, I stopped the scan. I downloaded and ran TdssKiller. It flagged a file RTHDVCPL (LockedFile.Multi.Generic). Windows About shows I have Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller. Question: Do I need this file to run my sound system? Question: Should I go to the Realtek website, download the file and replace the one I have. Thank you for any help you can give.

So, I opted for Kaspersky Internet Security and paid with my debit card but then the site showed some error so i tried with another debit card and it still showed error but the activation code came to my email later. The problem is the amount has been debited from both debit cards and therefore i have been charged twice while receiving activation code for only one. What can i do in this situation? can i get a refund?

Hi! Back in 2018, I have purchased an activation code for KIS (5 devices / 2years) Since then, I only actually used 3 out 5 device allowance. Now, I need to install KIS on another device and I see that latest KIS version is 2020 Is it possible to download and activate KIS2020 with my old (valid) key? I still got few months remaining. Or do I need to find an older version of KIS e.g. 2018 or 2019? In other words - is KIS license valid for all latest versions? For example, if I was to buy a 2yr license now and within those two years I can also download and activate KIS2021 / KIS2022 and so on? Thanks in advance

hello everyone i have a problem with KIS 20 ,previously i had the graphics driver problem (with nividia) so i installed the KIS 19 instead and everything was great afterward i update the program to KIS 20 update (i) and the driver issue was resolved but new problem emerged the disk always 100% (i saw it in task manager) my laptop become very slow and freezes so i had to uninstall it and reinstall the KIS 19 and everything is great ,now i just want to know if there is anyone facing this issue with KIS 20 or it is just me??is there any fix?? my laptop specs AsusN550jv(corei7,12gb ram,750m nivida) thanks in advance

I have two mobile phones and two tablets covered by my Kaspersky internet security but when I look at the devices list on my windows pc it names them as tablet and tablet 1 / mobile and mobile 1 - how can identify the actual device so that I can give them a meaningful name

Hi, I have issue with Outlook 2016. When I turn off KIS 2020 I can send mails with attachemnt with more than 1MB but when I turn on KIS my mails with attachment, Outlook show error and mail goes in outgoing folder and if I dont cancel mail, these mails flod my recipients. How I can solve this problem? I use some setting and disable checking outgoing mails and etc but it doesn't help...

When I try to do a full scan using Kaspersky Internet Security on my MacBook Pro (2017) with the latest Catalina installed it stays at 1% for hours on end. Is this normal? I also have Carbon Copy Cloner installed on an external drive and when it does its daily backup of my system I keep getting the following error. See attached screenshot. Two times I face the same issue. First time I restrore laptop and install kapersky with activation code. Unfortunatealy I face the same issue after two month. situation is same. I forgot to shutdown the laptop and the laptop charge become low and it shutdown. Then i turn on the laptop kapersky not showing . Its just disappeared. windows diffender not showin any options.

I have Kaspersky installed on my Macbook (OS Catalina 10.15.3). It won’t allow me to use commands such as npm/npx or push/pull from github. It’s very frustrating, and works fine when I close the Kaspersky app. I can’t see anything in the settings that would allow me to change this. Can anyone shed light on how to fix this issue as I don’t want to disable Kaspersky every time I run one of these commands (which is frequently). Thanks!

I’m a developer and trying to get my nodejs backend website working on localhost:port, however i keep having kaspersky block the localhost address. how can i get this thing working without having to stop protection completely from kaspersky. Google search on this thing did not get me any real solution and this is getting to be really frustrating and pushing me my protection completely.

Good morning everyone. On my reliability monitor, I noticed that there was an update and reconfiguration of KIS 20.0.14.1085 (as shown in the figure). I restarted the system and continue in the patch ( i ). Was it just a drivers update or didn't I update to a possible patch ( j ) ?
