	Hello,
</p>

<p>
	I own www.flightstreamer.com and it's detected as "Malware". It used to point to a redirect to a linktr.ee profile, but now it is a safe, standalone site deployed in Digital Ocean. I tried submitting for analysis and never heard back. Please help , as it hurts my brand. Thanks!

	So I'm having issues related to connection with some apps, especially the apps from Microsoft and Microsoft store like Microsoft 365, WhatsApp and also including some game launcher like Hoyoplay &amp; Epic Games launcher, all of those apps can't connect to the internet recently. I figured out what causing the issue was monitoring of port 433 on my KIS which is it's not a problem before but now i need to disable it in order for the apps to be working again.
</p>

<p>
	any solution of this as i'm having concern regarding disabling the monitoring of 443 port would cause any security risks in the future?

	I'm using Kaspersky for more than two decades but it's time to say goodbye. It was my weapon of choice in war against all sort of intruders, but now it started to act as one of them. No more privacy protection, no more control. Kaspresky started to act as my computer is their own. I have no rigts to choose anything. They'll do that for me.
</p>

<p>
	Kaspersky acting like they pay to me for using their products. I'm not in control anymore. If I want to use 2015 version - I can't. Why? Because there is a guy (concerned moderator) who will say - it will be a nonsense. Why do you care mate? I paid for this product, I'll use it the way I want. If I'm not following your recommendations, I can't blame you for potential damage, but let me choose. I'm the one who is giving the money for the product, not you.
</p>

<p>
	Right now I got a notification. And that was the last straw. New version will be installed on my computer. I got two options - to download and install it now or to download and install it in the background. Are you serious? Is there a question - DO you want to install new version? No? Why? Because Kaspersky pays me for using their product?

	When the Windows uninstall finished, KIS remained listed in my apps list, though the remnant takes up 0 space. If I click Uninstall, I get an error saying the app is not installed.

<p>
	So I used Kaspersky removal tool, selecting KIS 2015, the latest KIS listed.

	TLDR: Kaspersky is blocking chromium developed app to access internet, didn't find any place to remove this blockage.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Hi.
</p>

<p>
	I'm developer and i've working with Playwright. For those who don't know, Playwright uses headless browsers for automation testing in the front-end, it opens a pure chromium, a pure webkit and a firefox browser to run the tests.
</p>

<p>
	After a whole day using the Playwright, the next day stated my headaches, i've been receiving errors like:
</p>

<pre class="ipsCode prettyprint lang-html prettyprinted"><span class="pln">net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET</span></pre>

<p>
	And others, tryied a lot of things, also figure out that visual studio was unable to access the internet with the same error <strong>ERR_CONNECTION_RESET</strong>... Also, Discord didn't update anymore and get stuck in the update screen.
</p>

<p>
	I have disabled all single button the kaspersky software have, that makes sense about firewall, also the windows firewall and still getting the same error.
</p>

<p>
	Runned a lot of commands on windows 11 terminal, like:
</p>

<pre class="ipsCode prettyprint lang-html prettyprinted"><span class="pln">Netsh winsock reset
Netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns</span></pre>

<p>
	And nothing...
</p>

<p>
	Today, on the second day, i realize that only chromium based apps are blocked, then i close the kaspersky app and all came back to life. Vscode is updating, discord app opens and Playwrite opens the chromium testing without errors. So, where is the config to remove chromium based apps on this network blocking?
</p>

	Hello there,<br />
	<br />

</p>

<ol style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#444444;font-size:14px;">
	<li>
		Version of your operating system: Windows 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4652)
	</li>
	<li>
		Name and version number of the Kaspersky application: 21.3.10.391 (m)
	</li>
	<li>
		When starting Mordhau (a game on Steam), I'm experiencing an error message. Digging into the logs, it seems that part of the SSL messages can't get through.<br />
		Disabling KIS totally helps to get past this problem. I couldn't yet isolate that problem.<br />
		<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="jpg" data-fileid="33680" href="https://forum.kaspersky.com/uploads/monthly_2025_07/2025071.jpg.b5c10d382809f5dfe5bec72d80391263.jpg" rel=""><img alt="2025071.thumb.jpg.006dae212a5c1c213d1e932a42eac517.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="33680" data-ratio="56.40" style="height:auto;" width="500" data-src="https://forum.kaspersky.com/uploads/monthly_2025_07/2025071.thumb.jpg.006dae212a5c1c213d1e932a42eac517.jpg" src="https://forum.kaspersky.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a><br />
		Another problem related to this one:<br />
		Whenever I want to add Mordhau to the list of exceptions for programs, Kaspersy crashes. Otherwise I'd just add a rule to omit that game.<br />
		On the second screenshot, when I press OK, KIS crashes and I'm sending the reports to you.<br />
		<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="png" data-fileid="33681" href="https://forum.kaspersky.com/uploads/monthly_2025_07/Screenshot2025-07-31134107.png.1427bf6f1aa5586bd5e87ce7acddc00c.png" rel=""><img alt="Screenshot2025-07-31134107.thumb.png.ee1c59fcdb6e651d6cc29b56c3f5f84a.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="33681" data-ratio="73.40" style="height:auto;" width="500" data-src="https://forum.kaspersky.com/uploads/monthly_2025_07/Screenshot2025-07-31134107.thumb.png.ee1c59fcdb6e651d6cc29b56c3f5f84a.png" src="https://forum.kaspersky.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a><a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="png" data-fileid="33682" href="https://forum.kaspersky.com/uploads/monthly_2025_07/Screenshot2025-07-31134126.png.e3f5df3fdb24d5a47d6742fe91118835.png" rel=""><img alt="Screenshot2025-07-31134126.thumb.png.57cd3bf8ecc1b2fe542fa1c0fc696d7b.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="33682" data-ratio="65.80" style="height:auto;" width="500" data-src="https://forum.kaspersky.com/uploads/monthly_2025_07/Screenshot2025-07-31134126.thumb.png.57cd3bf8ecc1b2fe542fa1c0fc696d7b.png" src="https://forum.kaspersky.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>

	Hi Kaspersky Community,
</h1>

<p>
	I’m new to Kaspersky Internet Security and want to set up Safe Browsing to protect my online activity (~5-10 websites daily). I’m struggling with the setup.
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Setup</strong>: Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3, Windows 10, Chrome browser.<br />
	<strong>Steps Tried</strong>:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Enabled Safe Browsing in KIS settings; some websites are blocked unexpectedly.
	</li>
	<li>
		Added a trusted site to exclusions; still getting “untrusted certificate” errors.
	</li>
	<li>
		Ran a quick scan; no threats found.
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	<strong>Questions</strong>:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		What’s the best way to configure Safe Browsing for secure internet use?
	</li>
	<li>
		How do I fix “untrusted certificate” errors for specific websites?
	</li>
	<li>
		Any tips for optimizing Safe Browsing on Chrome?
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	Thanks for your guidance!

	Hello
</p>

<p>
	I bought subscription of Kaspersky Premium Internet Security from a third party for 3 devices and for two years
</p>

<p>
	they have provided me access to their company subscription i presume using my email.
</p>

<p>
	i downloaded the app and in settings I seen the phrase "Protect up to 20 device with your subscription" under the phrase are 4 out of 20 device registered.
</p>

<p>
	I asked them to provide the subscription via a serial number but they said it is better to send an invitation via email because this the subscription is preserved and can continue in case i formatted the Device.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	so my questions are:
</p>

<p>
	Can the owner of my subscription access any information other than Device name? also can they tamper with my device in any way?
</p>

<p>
	also can i really add two more device using my email as they said?, or im going to need to go back to them and ask them to add two more devices using their invitation method? <br />
	<br />
	Thank you for your time and efforts and apology for the lack of fluent English.
</p>

	Hi guys, I've been having problems with Spotify desktop for about a week.
</p>

<p>
	The application does not play songs and displays the interface in gray.
</p>

<p>
	Disabling KIS everything works correctly again.
</p>

<p>
	Checking the network rules, spotify is trusted and all connections are open incoming and outgoing. I also tried to add it to the list of exclusions for anti-virus checks without success. If I check for errors or blocked connections in the reports I do not find anything related to Spotify.
</p>

<p>
	What else could I do? Suggestions?
</p>

<p>
	Thanks for any help.
</p>

	My subscription was for years been taken care by 2Checkout and had no problems.<br />
	I tried updating my subscription and for the first time I'm only being allowed to pay Nexway.<br />
	I updated and paid the subscription, and haven't received a single confirmation.<br />
	<br />
	I think some kind of massive scam is going on with Kaspersky/Nexway and they<br />
	first charge the customer, then upon receiving the payment disappear. <br />
	<br />
	Zero customer support replies from Nexway.<br />
	<br />
	All evidence available and I will be filing a report for 2Checkout/Nexway
