	Dear manager,

<p>
	I have been using KIS for years and it is working beautifully until two days ago that i have encountered a serious problem with KIS, I have been using clash for windows as my proxy service app with chrome browser for years, and it has been working perfectly till recently that I think KIS could have blocked the network traffic completely after recent update, since both clash app and chrome stopped accessing  the internet anymore, I don’t know how to fix the issue. Since I have absolutely no problem for other apps can access internet in my windows laptop except chrome and clash. I tried to reset chrome, clear chrome cache and history,reset proxy server in network settings in chrome, reinstall chrome. Reset network / flushdns from cmd, none of the above action can solve the issue. Since I live in china, a heavily internet -censorship restricted country, I need to use  VPN to access google and other services for work.

<p>
	You could refer to the attaché screenshot from clash client logs, please kindly help me. I tried to ask the proxy server providers but they have really bad customer services that I don’t think they have good technical support.

	      Long  time user of KIS  and  Kaspersky VPN .

	I  had  to get  a   new Desktop which  came preinstalled with McAffe .
</p>

<p>
	HP ( Home )  windows 11 ( 64bit ) .I read KIS  was  compatible with  the 64 bit ( Windows ). I know I have to uninstall McAffe. 
</p>

<p>
	The plan is to use this guide  doing  both steps 1 and 2
</p>

	Before I start , was  wanting to  make  sure I was on the  correct track , since it  been years  since I  had to  remove another program before re-installing  KIS
</p>

	So wanted to  check here before I  start to see if that  sounds  like its all I  would need to  do ?

	Upon some googling from Chrome, I found that some settings/certificate issues in Kaspersky may cause this. So, I tried exiting Kaspersky Internet Security and Firefox works as usual.

	I have a question or a proposal for you. Situation: I'm working in windows 10 desktop under domain user account with simple user privileges. There is a KIS installed.

	From time to time a have notifications from It about upcoming software updates, but(!)... I'm unable to install them from User account and KIS gives me a suggestion to ask my system administrator to update them. It is Ok, since I have another local account with admin rights. But(!) due to some software installed, I can not just "switch user" and update software with KIS, instead of this I have to completely log-out (e.g. close my environment, browser, working files, e.t.c... - a lot of stuff and time), log in under admin account and then do the Update, and after that - log-out with admin and login with domain user account again and spend a lot of time to restore the working environment...
</p>

<p>
	I've tried to find some workaround and tried to "Run As" KIS GUI with admin rights..., but GUI nevertheless starts with current user rights.
</p>

<p>
	So the proposal is: allow KIS to automatically download software updates under logged in user and then allow user to start updates installation process with privileged user account - e.g. button "Start update as..." in user interface.

	Been using KIS for over 10 years now without any issues.

<p>
	Recently, I have been facing an issue where the disk usage shoots up 100% as soon as I start Windows and stays there for around 15-30 minutes before coming back to normal levels.
</p>

<p>
	Also during the work day, whenever I open any new program it again shoots up to 100% and stays there for 5-10 minutes.
</p>

<p>
	Has anyone faced the issue? Can anyone suggest a solution as it's getting impossible to work like this. (Even tried formatting and reinstalling Windows. Same issue after 2-3 days.)

	Where I live I can only find in reliable stores retail versions (with activation code in box or card) the Kaspersky Total Security for 1 or 2 years. I don't need and I don't want the extra things Total Security offers over Internet Security and I don't want to mess my setup. So I want to ask can I use Kaspersky Total Security code to activate my current Kaspersky Internet Security (the latest update of KIS 21.3.10.391 (k) ) app or a new install of KTS Kaspersky Total Security is required? Can I use KTS code as KIS code?<br />
	<br />
	Or else what is the right way to move from KIS to KTS, current articles are not that clear they are say that I can enter the code in KIS and choose when to move to KTS? It will download and and install over it? Will I lose my firewall settings or other settings after that? I really want to avoid a clean install and I don't want KTS extras anyway.<br />
	<br />
	One other thing I want to ask is for how long will Kaspersky Internet Security and Kaspersky Total Security will receive definition updates and required to work on Windows 10 updates? Will a 2 year KTS code will actually work for another 2 years?<br />

	If anyone knows about the licensing thing or at least anyone who made the switch from installed KIS to KTS please help me with details, I read all FAQs and articles and they didn't help me. Thanks in advance.

	For some time I'm having problems to login in my Crunchyroll account using my Windows 11 machine with Kaspersky Antivirus installed. I've noticed that every time I access the login page, my browser goes unresponsive until I finished it using the task manager.

	Investigating further, I saw that when I access the page https:// sso.crunchyroll . com/login kaspersky blocks a javascript lib called dg.js, then the page tries to send it again (and blocked again).
</p>

	The only workaround I've found is to exit Kaspersky and access the login page (which possibilities the download of the lib) then activate again after login.<br />
	<br />
	So it is a case of false positive or there's something wrong about this specific lib? I think this case should be investigate, since causing browsers to memory overflow is problematic and this page is accessed by many users.<br />
	<br />
	To reproduce the problem, you only need to access Crunchyroll's login page (it isn't necessary to have an account) and the blocking behavior can be observed by opening the browser's inspector.

	My computer is running Windows 11 23H2 22631.3155 Professional (x64) and has Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391 (patch k) installed. 
</p>

<p>
	After a quick scan of kaspersky, I restarted my computer but failed with a bluescreen. It said the OS ran into some problem and the error code was INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. After a forced reboot, the same bluescreen appeared again. I tried Windows boot repaire but it didn't work. I couldn't start the computer until I disabled the Early-Launch-AntiMalware on the boot option menu, which resulted in KIS not loaded. I thought the bluescreen must have something to do with KIS.<span></span>
</p>

<p>
	To prevent rootkits and other unknown drivers from being loaded when the system boots, just after I had installed my OS, I turned on the Boot-Start Driver Initialisation Policy in Group Policy and set the policy to only allow "good" drivers to be initialised. I changed the policy to allow "good and unknown" drivers and restarted the computer, there was no bluescreen and KIS started normally like before. I changed the policy back to only allow "good" drivers and restarted the computer, the bluescreen came again. 
</p>

<p>
	Just before this bluescreen accident happened, I updated database of KIS, and I ran a quick scan (NOTHING detected). I installed Qt 6.5.3 several days ago, but nothing went wrong these days. Even earlier, I installed a driver for Lenovo Hotkey on Lenovo System Update, which is an official driver updater and the installation was fully monitored by Kaspersky Internet Security.

<p>
	I think the problem may be due to KIS incorrectly classifying some important driver to be unknown during the ELAM stage. But I could not find anything about it: no related event logged, no KIS report and even no dump file for the bluescreen. The compromise in ELAM policy is just a workaround. Could anyone give more help?

	I just updated my pc and can't run Armory Crate or install AsusAI suite due to no AsIO3.sys file installed. Armory crate installs but doesn't launch. AISuite won't install at all. I tried reinstall it but didnt work.

	I think its caused by KIS. Most likely, the KIS detects this file as a threat. Any solutions for this or is it just need to be update?

	2. I right scan and scan the file.<br />

	But instead of scanning just that file KIS seem to be scanning a bunch of other files that arent the bloody file I clicked on. What the hello is KIS doing exactly.?
