overlapping licenses, new license starts countdown when? [Solved] [Closed]

well appearently my license is nearly end.. so i buy another one.. and enter it.. it said that that key will be saved to used after my old key end… but appearently when i check my kaspersky.. it has already count down the day of the newest license.. that i was only activated not used… since the old one still active… Is it wrong.. or i just being dumb to active my key bf the old ones end?

@huy200072 If you bought your license with “auto-renewal” the countdown starts on the purchase date.

sr… but i buy the key from the shop near my house.. so i dont know if it was auto renewal or not.. but i am sure that i have to enter the key and than it said it was saved to used after my old one end

no but i buy a paper version.. it has the key for that.. also i remember that my old one was for 1 pc.. and the new one is 3 pcs… do it have st to do with this?

i dont sure about that.. since we activate both at the same time.. and the 3rd still havent used

Example..If you have a license for 3 computers and you activate the license on computer 1 on Jan. 1, and then activate on computer 2 on Jan 5, computer 2 will show the  remaining days left matching computer 1. Whenever you activate the license for the first time, the countdown begins then.

idk even than we are talking about both liscense  counting  at the same time.. or maybe it happen bc other computer also activate it?
