How can I check how many devices I can have on my Kaspersky Internet Security licence?

• If you’ve installed the application, open the Kaspersky application, the bottom of the right hand corner, select License, Licensing window opens, select Details, that will show for x computers

  

   

• Or:  If you’ve connected the Kaspersky application to your MyKaspersky account, sign into your account, select Licenses Tab, select Details:

Shows status of license:

1. Active or expired
2. Activation code
3. License key
4. For x devices
5. For y user
6. Activated: Date
7. Expires: Date

   

    

x = the number of devices the license is for. 
y = the number of user accounts.

• The same information is available on the confirmation email that’s sent when you purchased the license, if the license was purchased from a Kaspersky site or Kaspersky authorised merchant. 

If you’ve not connected the application with the account, not installed the application, do not have the confirmation email or any other issue, Kaspersky Technical Support will be able to advise you as they have access to the software license details.
