Adobe Flash Player Update required from Kaspersky Vulnerability Scan [Solved] [Closed]

Hi all,

I just ran Kaspersky Internet Security Vulnerability Scan.

It told me I needed to Update Adobe Flash so I followed Kaspersky link and tried to update Adobe.

I thought it strange but trusted Kaspersky and installed it.

Have I just Infected my PC ?

I thought Flash was the past and Obsolete, not used not recommended.
