I’m a support specialist, and thought I would post this here since it seems to be ongoing and wide spread.

As of 01-12-20 we have been recieving a large # of laptops that will not turn on. Most of these I can just perform a hard reset on by removing the battery holding the power button for 30 sec’s and then booting up. Although even after this is done, they are returning with the same issues. After I have reset each system I perform all Microsoft updates and all of the updates listed by the manufacturer, Including the firmware. I was just wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue. and if there is a cure.
