I can't disable KSN. It keeps re-enabling itself after Kaspersky Internet Security restarts. How do I permanently disable it?

WIndows 11 version 22H2 Kaspersky Internet Security: 21.3.10.391 (j) How do I set up the webcam access so it allows Windows 11 facial login only? I have the webcam settings set to: block access to webcam for all applications Which is how I want it except for the facial recognition login. Please advise.

OS: Windows 10 Kasperky Internet Security ver. no.: 21.3.10.391 (j) After getting a new debit card, I decided to update my payment details for Kaspersky Internet Security, only to find that there were no payment details at all. There doesn't seem to be any way to add payment methods if there are none listed already. Payment methods can only be added or changed if there is a payment method listed already. The lack of data is most likely due to carelessness on my part while managing my subscription. How do I set up a payment method for auto-renewal?

Hello, Please can somebody here assist me with this case ID INC000015013577.Please check I needed a reset of my activation code. Support simply refused to help even though i sent the invoice as proof of purchase. Now they sent my an email that my case is solved but it is not. I have never encountered such a rude customer representative. Can someone please assist ? I do not know how to proceed if support simply refuses to help. Never been in such a situation. Thank you

So, there's a obvious logic issue here that chocks me the fact that i didn't found anything related searching on Google before i decide to come here. How do you only offer mobile device 2fa options* (sms or authenticator apps) to access the web panel for anti theft, which the use case is mostly in cases where you indeed DON'T HAVE the mobile device? If my mobile is stolen at any circunstance and i'm interested in any of the Kaspersky anti-theft options on the web panel, what's the logic here on asking for authentication methods based on mobile device? I regularly scan my computer for viruses and problems. Recently, I’ve discovered a known “Malware” file called tr/Dropper.Gen5. This file has embedded itself in my Kaspersky Total Security subdirectory attached to the program file “AVP.EXE”. I am using a program called “Restoro” that reports this. Kaspersky does NOT see the file nor report it. Restoro sees the file and says it will be removed after fixing and a reboot, but after following their recommended procedures the file “tr/dropper.gen5” remains. Note: I rooted my device. For some reason, my tablet has been turning off without warning or shutting down at weird battery percentages (when it shut down at 83% it now showed off 38%, or even it shut down at 80% and it showed off 0%, not sure if it's a battery issue or the Trojan Is eating up battery, or it even remains at 100% for a long time and then shuts down to 0%).

Interesting that most important feature stopped working (i see it on detailed reports). So blocked then deleted then was stopped system watcher etc... Next thing is when you see this : System watcher was stopped yesterday 1/28/2023 time: 5:11 while was stopped also detected threats from 5:11 to 5:12 (12 items was blocked or deleted) and after this 5:15 was system watcher finally started again. I am facing a lot of issues post installing Kaspersky and issues are as follows 1) Kaspersky automatically locks my phone on daily basis, when Kaspersky locks my phone the network signals on my phone also disappear. 2) face unlock and fingerprint unlock doesn't work when Kaspersky is given device admin rights (error message,- can't unlock device with fingerprint or face data when you're using a third party screen lock)

Please support, I bought the newest premium version and been looking everywhere online but I only found people with older versions winch have a different UI than the new premium version.

The article found in the support center hasn't been updated since 2021 and the compatibility section only list other protection softwares are able to run with Kaspersky Internet Security.

I am running windows 10 21H2 build 19044.2486 and i downloaded the kaspersky removal tool to remove Kaspersky from my PC, it found the 2 products, Internet Security and the VPN, it asked me to reboot after using the removal tool on each one which i did, yet after restarting multiple times Kaspersky Lab Launcher is still running in task manager, and i cannot stop it or remove it.
