Issue instaling Internet Security

I am experiencing an issue with installing KiS. I am getting always the same message: We couldn't establish a secure connection with the application's source. I have tried everything. Any possible solution?

Thank you Berny. I have reached this topic, and as i mentioned above, i have done all of these.

Proxy, DNS, Windows updates etc. I have spoken with customer support, and the only answer i got was, "we will send your issue to the central service". That's why i am asking the community.
