With KIS 2018 and Windows 7 no problem insert/clikking data on VIRTUAL KEYBOARD (e.g. to insert passwords to control keyloggers) via TOUCHSCREEN. But with KIS 2019 and Windows 10 that seems no more possible ! But using the old MOUSE (who get it still ?) yes ! It's confirmed this loss of funtionality ? Eventually what the reason ? Giovanni

Hi. . Just upgraded to Kasp19 yesterday, and encountered 1 serious problem where i couldnt load my Facebook Ads Manager. When I turn off Kasperksy for a while, Facebook Ads Manager run smoothly. Pls assist. . Thanks.

Kapersky says I should Leave this on in the bios, how ever I have found that turning it on Kapersky causes high cpu usage. Turning it off I have noticed better over all performance on my Amd 10 7800 cpu, by the way Kapersky is the only program that uses this feature on my pc. So I am wondering is it safe to leave this feature turned off, and what dangers there really are turning this off as I can not find a good answer online to this question?

Hi I have received yesterday a mail (from my own mail account) from a "hacker".Never hapenned before with me. Is it bluff (scam)? Is there any risk for my PC? (I have KARSPERKY INTERNET SECURITY installed and activated). Your software apparently did not has not detected any souspicious activity. How can I change the language from Portuguese (PT) to English (ENG) in the Kaspersky Internet Security app on my laptop (Windows 10)? I tried to search a bit in the forum and the suggested fix was to click shift + F12, but this doesn't seem to work on my laptop, instead that messed up the keyboard output.. Any help would be highly appreciated.

In the software actualization app, update the winrar with the arabian lenguage but was spanish... I had to re install winrar to get spanish lenguage. Regards,

I hope to add the "Advanced Cleanup" description inside the application, because this feature will cause the system to report an error, but Kaspersky does not make any explanation inside the application. This will cause some users to think that their system has been damaged and caused an error.

I have a pop up that seems to defy removal. the address associated with it is www.mapsnow.co - I cannot seem t get rid of it. Plenty of offers to remove it for a fee upon searching for the resolution, but not much for the do it yourselfer. Any suggestions on how to get rid of or block this annoying popup? Kaspersky had a " click on object to report" tool somewhere in my setup, but I cannot locate it again. I am open to about any tools/ suggestions,
