Please support, I bought the newest premium version and been looking everywhere online but I only found people with older versions winch have a different UI than the new premium version.

1. On the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About - post a screen print please? 
2. Have you signed into your MyKaspersky account from the Kaspersky application?

Update: I was told by kaspersky that my country prohibits VPN, which was not declared before the purchase. I bought from this particular company to get the VPN, so now I'm left with a crappy anti virus.

I don't believe such statement was clearly written anywhere before placing my order 

We don't know which site you purchased from; however, it makes no difference, the declaration is clearly displayed on every Kaspersky website where the software is sold.
